Hi I have this new character I just developed her name is Ember and she is a Maximum Ride Oc and I don't know whether to make her more easily and to fall for a member of her flock or if I should draw it out and make it seem like she really hates him for a long time before she admits to herself that she loves him what do you all think?

You should do whatever the situation calls for. Always check her character sheet after reading your partner's post to make sure of how much it would affect your character. Consider al influences and have her gradually lean more and more towards the ultimate result
