Here are some additional races if you're feeling eccentric https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/5e_Races_by_Size (Run it by me first, some are broken)
For your ability points either roll 8d20s and drop the two lowest, or rol 4d6 drop the lowest for each then sort those numbers into your attributes.
