Knight of Swords
Change
An inescapable inevitability that all things are subject to. Men grow old and die; Empires rise and fall; Winter turns to spring; and even the stars shift in the sky as the gods themselves fade away while new ones taking their place. Over and over this cycle repeats unceasingly, creating the thing we call destiny.
Once more the turning of the age has come but this time there is a new variable, one that threatens to bring everything crashing to the ground. A group of mortals, forcibly removed from the wheel of fate, now possess the power rewrite the future to come. Each step they take, each choice they make brings the era to a close, paving the way to a glorious new age...
Or bringing this world to its ultimate end.

So this is a story I've been thinking about for a while now, a kind of Ragnarok story line where the players choices can influence the outcome, even if they may not know how until the end. Despite how short and... I guess vague this intro was, I actually have a lot of it all figured out. Races, events, most NPCs, how magic works, major locations, etc. I just didn't want to spoil anything or turn this into a massive freaking lore page.
