The All Seeing Eye
Captain Navy to start off is a conundrum of a man. Currently in his 50s, Navy rose to stardom during his time at Beacon academy where he was on one of the top teams with the current headmaster, Sion Yeger and ---- --------. Dressed in his silly pirates gear this man was beloved by many with his crazy antics. After finishing at Beacon all four men spent a few years as a highly successful hunter group until they all went their separate ways. Flint becoming headmaster, Sion leaving to raise a family, Navy starting his own business and the last member vanishing from the spotlight. Navy is now well known for being a top bounty hunter. It is unknown if he still holds the Hunter title seeing how he does bounties for anyone. Navy is a chaotic neutral, he does things only to benefit himself. Although he does have his shining moments every once and a while. Hunters and police do not bother capturing him for as far as they can tell everything he does is legal. Currently the man himself is mostly the same as he was when he attended Beacon just a bit more crazy. Chasing a grimm that he explains took his leg. The police believe him to be a bit insane however can do nothing about it for he is clean and has yet to be found of a crime. Navy is a sly fellow so many speculate that he just pays off the cops or gets rid of all evidence.
Other then that he is a friendly fellow, he rarely gets on the bad side of anyone and just kills grimm as a profession. Navy does not bother people and they don't bother him. He is known to give away many secrets though, if you do him a favor he will sell anyone out for you. He has details on most and only has a few people he refuses to share anything about, his three old teammates, the twins and a select few others including, a well known murderer, Lockjaw.
The insignia that is tattooed on the back of all crew members necks. Minus the heart, that is replaced with a skull. This symbol symbolizes Captain Navy's crew and his business. Captain Navy's Bounty Services has been around for a long time and has garnered a large following. The service will hunt down any and all grimm that need killing. Plus, if you do not trust them to get the job done they will bring you along with them to watch it die. That or you just like watching grimm get murdered. Either way, the service does not care. Not only will you get to spend time on a half pirate ship, half airship. You also get to go on a journey you will never forget and be a part of the crew for a small amount of time.
They also hunt down people however that part of their services is not known to the public. Hunters and Huntresses know because they sometimes hire Navy to find them people. Let's just say he has yet to let anyone down. Reason being is he has friends all over remnant. No one can hide from him. Currently this company has multiple ships and multiple crews with different captains at the helm. However all answer to one man, Captain Navy McBurnes. Thus far most love working for him and think of him as a stand up guy, he has only had one issue in the past when he just started branching out and hiring other ships and crews.
