Can't post in these forums?

I'm starting a Fandom based RP, and I need to make a page for Character Bios, OOC, and Setting. But when I go to these forums there is no 'Post New Thread' option! Its very distressing because my friends and I cant start until its all set up and we are so excited.

Can anyone help me?

The forums you linked to can only have new threads posted when you create a thread in the Fandom section. This thread becomes your main In Character thread and the system automatically creates an OOC thread and Character Sign-up thread linked to the In Character thread. Additional threads can be requested by using the 'Request New Thead' button.
