Cant Post In Profile Pages

Was told 10 posts and 24 hours and I could private message and post of profiles. I can private message but cant post on profiles. Not even a box allowing me to do it on profile page

It looks like you just joined today. So as soon as you reach that 24 hour mark, give the system about thirty minutes to an hour to refresh with your new permissions.
