Can't ping

It doesn't happen every time, but lately, sometimes I can't ping people. I type in the @ symbol and I don't get the option to select the person I want to ping. Also, I'm on mobile, and sometimes, a page will extend really far to the right for no reason.

When you type in the @ symbol, you need to type letters after it. If nothing comes up after, delete it and try again.
