Can't change my profile photo/add a cover?

I get a message that says:


"There was a problem processing the uploaded file. -200"


What can I do about that?

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it might have to do with file size? How large is the photo you are trying to use?

I tried one as small as 500 x 500 and then larger.

I think you might need to shoot for something smaller... try something 200x200 or smaller.

I'll try something smaller, sure. And I tried a few different images.

It may be a file size issue? Not the pixels, the bytes. Have you tried a .jpg or something small like that?
