Answered cannot respond to messages sent to me!

hello! i am unsure of what to do, but my messages keep getting flagged as spam. i got four roleplay requests today, and out of them, i could not respond to one because the website kept marking my message as spam. i reworded it like the website suggested i do, but nothing is working. could anyone point me in the direction of who i should message, or what i could do? thank you so much!

Hi!
You need 3+ posts on the site for our filter to relax on your account, since it's new and has little number of posts. The filter is a bit overzealous to help us catch spam bots like that.
