Can we make up certain bits of folklore?

Can we come up with certain folktales, tales and stories about old events for the world and use them? It is just I have a few ideas which could tie Henry to a certain time period and develop him in a way which could work quite well.

You can, but I would prefer you run them by me first just so I can make sure that it doesn't go against the lore that I already have in mind (which I am slowly working on putting into the background info area xP) Most things will probably be approved to add in, and I'm always open to hearing ideas!
