Camp info
Meadow Hill camp is one of the most popular camps in the area. It's known for the variety of activities it offers both in summer and winters, and the unique color coded system it has for its cabins. Located in northern Washington state a town called New Cresthill, Camp Meadow hill has been run by a certain family for many years. The owners are of Scandinavian origin, which has influenced the camp and its customs. Going to Meadow Hill almost feels like coming to a different country. The camp is one of the most popular ones in the country, offering both winter and summer camps for campers who want to make new experiences.
Camp Meadow Hill has a great selection of possible activities: including hiking through breathtaking hiking routes in the surrounding forest, swimming on the beautiful lake, arts and crafts, outdoor games and activities such as archery. These are, of course, just the publicly offered activities. There are, of course, other ones — including a hidden, secret, and most importantly unsupervised hot spring. Campers have a tendency to sneak in there, when they are up to no good.
Rp info
Hii! So me and my go-mods tamarapasek & Qwertycakes were feeling a rp for teen characters, but wanted to do something else than a High School rp. That's when the idea for a camp group was born. This rp will have a Discord server alongside, but more about it later on the rules. The camp is supposed to be a fun experience for both the characters and the roleplayers, so this rp will have a set of rules (more about them in rules section).

The Camp cabins are named after forest animals and separated by colors, which are said to represent the personalities of the campers that stay inside of them. All campers are expected to fill out a personality test of sorts and attach it to their camp applications. In later years, the camp has changed it's customs in a way that it now allows campers to include a ‘preference’ for their cabin. Whether or not this is acknowledged by camp officials is unknown.
Each camp cabin is co-ed, and campers' age range is from 16 - 18. Each cabin has two counselors, and campers are encouraged to ask help from the counselors, whether they need someone to listen to their worries or just get more info about the camp. Counselors are trusted to deal with just about any situation. Counselors are typically in their early to mid twenties, and often have a past of attending the camp in their teenage years.
Red: Red is the color associated with passion and danger. A typical red camper is passionate, bold, and often short tempered. Red campers are thrill seekers, who love to take part in the more experimental camp activities such as mountaineering. Red campers are hard to control, and often the counselors let them just be since it’s easier for everyone that way.
Green: Green is the color of energy and activity. Green campers are typically very playful and they enjoy teasing their camp mates. They can even be sort of mischievous, pretty much like their theme animal fox. However, are they also cunning like the fox, that’s something to figure out! Green campers are always on the go, having difficulties staying in one place for too long.
Yellow: Yellow is often seen as the color to portray warmth and happiness. Yellow campers are typically friendly and cheerful, they have come to the camp to make new friends. Much like their mascot hare, yellow campers are gentle and possibly shy at first. Yellow campers are also known for their creativity, and they tend to take part in all the more artsy camp activities.
Blue: Blue is the color of calmness, nature and sensitivity. A typical blue camper is someone who doesn't like to have a lot of people around. Campers put in this cabin are often calm and stoic, unfortunately they may seem even rude. Blue campers are clever and often enjoy hearing the history surrounding the camp.
History
Rule 1.
No drama in ooc. Drama for ic is encouraged but it should stay only in ic. No drama in ooc is allowed. All disputes should be talked via pm's. Following RPN rules is a must as well. The rp may contain sensitive topics like underage drinking, so make sure to join only if you can handle those.
Rule 2.
Basic roleplaying rules Make sure to follow basic roleplay rules (no munching, no mary sues or autohit etc) and be able to write mostly grammatically correct texts, at least three paragraphs every moment. We want to see real life like characters with varied personalities and their own faults/strengths.
Rule 3.
Face claims We will be using face claims in this rp. Real face claims only. All the characters joining the camp are aged 16 to 18, and all the camp counselors are aged from 21 to 23. Please pick a fc that looks like that age range!
Rule 4.
Character limitations There is no limit on how many characters you can make, but please make just the amount you can handle. However some of the roles will be limited. Only two counselors (female and male) per a cabin. Cabins will possibly be limited to keep the ratio stable.
Rule 5.
Discord is needed You must have discord to be part of this rp. All ooc and more info will take place there. In Discord we will also have an interview type of character sheet and character channels, where more info can be written down. The ic will be on rpnation. Here's the link to discord.
