One x One Camp Half-Blood: A New Generation

Greetings Demigods,

f you are reading this then I would like to apologize in advance, for your life will never be the same ever again. If you do continue reading this introduction, then you have sealed your fate and you may never turn back.

To those who have stayed this long then I applaud you for your bravery, but bravery could only get you so far into the new world you have just entered. If you happen to be a demigod, you will either be quickly or slowly claimed once you enter the camp, depending on how busy your father or mother is. You might even meet people who you would be surprised to know happen to be your brother or your sister. But while a designated head counselor tours you about the inner goings of Camp Half-Blood, such as the weekly capture the flag and the chariot races. Maybe you happen to be more artistic like the Children of Apollo, or maybe you happen to enjoy conjuring magic (if you happen to be lucky enough to be born to have them, that is). We also have combat training so that you could survive out there. You never know when a cyclops wearing a tutu would come running towards you holding a bloodied club made of bones.

But camp isn't all about staying inside and becoming friends. The Prophet or one of the Gods are always bound to have something for you young demigods to do. From finding Aphrodite's missing hair brush (thank the Gods this doesn't happen too often) to possibly even saving the world from inevitable doom. But truly this is just a Tuesday afternoon for the demigods. All in all I welcome you to Camp Half-Blood, have a great summer and I hope you enjoy your stay!

Powers and Weapons

POWERS |
~ NECROMANCY- the mental or physical ability to control the bodies and spirits of the dead.
~ OSTEOKINESIS- the ability to summon and control bones.
~ UMBRAKINESIS- the ability to mentally generate and manipulate darkness, deactivated photons mostly in the absence of light.
~SHADOW TRAVEL- the ability to travel through shadows to the Underworld and other places on Earth.
~GEOKINESIS- the mental and/or physical ability to control/manipulate earth.
~FIRE MANIPULATION- the ability to control and manipulate as well as create fire without being burned.

WEAPON | ψυχή λεπίδα- Soul Blade
Gifted to him by his father Hades when he was old enough to wield it at age 12. Hades crafted it himself and cooled it in the River Styx. It's made of Stygian Iron and anyone who isn't a child of the Underworld it burns when touched. It changes into a skull ring when not in use.

Personality and History

PERSONALITY |
Elijah is socially awkward boy, he doesn't really socialize all that well. He tends to stick with people he's familiar with and hope they bring out his more social side. He's finds it hard to interact with others due to being raised in the Underworld. So it takes a bit for him to come out of his shell. He's calm and often speaks like he's lived for more years then he has. He's a sweet and kind person who doesn't seem to have a mean bone in his body. He gets that from his surrogate mother Persephone. He seems to have a way with words and he uses this to calm his brother when his temper flares and he is close to getting into an unnecessary fight. This slightly embarrasses Elijah but he doesn't seem to mind it all too well, he even seems to like the fact that he can calm his brother down when no one else can.

Elijah is capable of getting really angry, though this is very rare and it takes a lot to piss him off. He's probably the most level headed demigod you'd meet. When he gets angry he's probably worse then his brother. He goes into a sort of rage and his hands spark fire, in return the only person that can stop him and calm him down is his brother. They sort of help each other out that way. Elijah is a really huge nerd, he loves video games, anime/manga, comics and the internet. He doesn't completely neglect everything he needs to do and do nothing but this stuff. He's responsible and makes sure he has everything important done first before he uses his free time. He actually gets along quite well with Athena children and is known to have intellectual debates with them.

He is pretty much inseparable from his brother and is kinda lost without him. He once claimed that they are both each other's anchor and like yin and yang. They were raised to be Hades greatest fighting team and one without the other is like PB&J without the peanut butter. He is very reliable and loyal, and if he befriends you or you befriend him you'll have a loyal friend until Thantatos comes to take your soul.

HISTORY |
Elijah never knew his mother, he was only a year old when his mother was killed by Zeus. He would later learn that it was only because Zeus had his eyes on his mother but Hades got to her first. So he killed her so no one could have her. This left one year old Elijah and four year old Derrick to be taken to the Underworld to be raised by their father, Hades. He was taken care of by his brother, Hades and Persephone. She seemed to have grown to like the brothers, even as far as to call them her own sons. Elijah started to train as soon as he was able to handle a sword. He trained with his brother and sometimes with his father. He also learned several things from his step-mother such as gardening and cooking.

When his brother was taken to Camp Half-Blood by a Satyr named James. Elijah felt alone and lost, he took to sticking around his father when the God wasn't busy. He had no friends or anyone that was alive to talk to. So his father was the only person he could be with. The lord of the dead wouldn't allow him to go to the Overworld. So the days where Hades was too busy for his youngest son, the boy spent his days in his room or training by himself. The days that Derrick visited was the days he looked forward to. Soon came the day he was allowed to go to camp and James and Derrick came to the Underworld to take him there. He was happy to be reunited with his big brother. They could now be the fighting team his father trained them to be. They would bring honor and legacy to their father.

-While Eli is one of the children of the Big Three, he has his physical weaknesses, he can't use his powers prolonged. He grows tired quite quickly after using so much of it. He's not a God so he can't just use his powers as much as he wants.
-Eli is prone to sunburns, his skin isn't exactly use to the sun after living in the dark Underworld all his life.
-Eli speaks with a slight stutter.
