Camp Crystal Lake Counselors

Sophia and Aisling happily married and had their lovely lesbian wedding at this camp.
Ken and Ryder were college roommates and fraternity brothers. Ken's hetero, Ryder's gay.
They all worked as counselors for three years now, quite familiar with the campus.

Sophia Guinness
can be tyrannical, barking orders and taking no shit. Staff talks behind her back. She text-bombs and photo-bombs a lot. She has control issues so always checking on kids and staff, making sure no one is missing or in an emergency. Sophia may seem cranky but inside deeply cares. A boy had drowned on her watch once, because she didn't check the boys' cabins one entertaining night. It made her hate herself for not doing her job. No matter what she did, it traumatized her. She is the guard-dog to the campus; whenever kids or staff needed to leave, they tell her first. She is a swimmer; can hold her breath for a while. She can fit and squirm through small holes.

"Wait-wait-wait-where are you going? The bathroom, okay I'll go with you."

Aisling Guinness
can be dramatic, jumping at the chance to give rousing tirades and speeches. She has fixation issues so she is always checking door locks, car keys, and stocked storage, making sure no detail is missing or taken. She is a bundle of energy, smiling or cringing anxiously. A boy had drowned on her watch once, because she didn't follow up when one key was missing/taken. It made Aisling paranoid for not doing her job. She stayed obsessive-compulsive to policy and routine. She is the gateway to the armory; whenever kids or staff needed supplies, they head to her first. She is a tightrope walker; can balance at extreme heights on unstable footing. She runs without tripping.

"Here. Key to the van. You give it back right away. Oh, fifty dollars. Get me ice cream and I'll love you forever."

Both Mrs. and Mrs. Guinness make a power couple, always in contact over walkie-talkie or phone.
When Aisling gets anxious and dramatic, Sophia reins her in with authoritative suggestions.
When Sophia gets domineering, Aisling reins her in with silliness and cannabis joints.

Ken Drago
can be impulsive, coming up with wild stories and endless ideas for what to do next. He works out five times a week, somewhat tolerant to pain. He has a thing about keeping to scheduled events. He has emotional issues so he is always people-pleasing and making sure kids are happy and educated. Ken makes sure they know how to survive and they stay unharmed, rested, fed, and involved with sports. A boy had drowned on his watch once, because he bullied him for dog-paddling and not knowing how to swim. It brought him guilt and changed character from that point on. Secretly afraid that hell is a place he will go. He is the activities director organizing kids and staff, giving out incentives. He stays with them all the way. A total jock and surprisingly a good gymnast; lifts heavy weights and people's spirits.

"You can do it, little buddy! Go, go! YESSS GOAAALL!! What did I tell ya!!"

Ryder McCoy
can be morbid, warning kids and staff about constant dangers that surround them. He leads field trips into the woods, pointing out poison ivy and lack of evidence of animals. He has paranoid issues so he is always doubting and distrusting of people, raising a lot of questions. Ryder makes sure they don't do anything stupid or life-threatening. Nothing is impossible; expect the unexpected. A boy had drowned on his watch once; he overheard and mocked the impossible plan to sneak out and swim overnight. It brought him total fear at how everyone failed. So he is the first to say depressing, ironic, and scary stuff. Quite meta. He is the boy's scout and pessimist of the group, normally there in the nick of time to stop kids and staff from accidents. He is a survivalist nurse and has a head stuffed with weird knowledge like how to make booby traps and horror movie tropes.

"Uh guys? Lights won't work, tires are slashed, and a guy wearing a hockey mask sighted in the woods? We gonna die."

Both Mr. Drago and Mr. McCoy make an odd team, always opposite and argumentative.
When Ken gets pumped and overly optimistic, Ryder pokes holes in his elaborate plans.
When Ryder gets paralyzed with fear, Ken reminds him that still will get them all killed.
