  HELLO HELLO HELLO !!
  welcome to call your mom! i'm wils, a soon-to-be medical student from appalachia. with college graduation just around the corner, recently, i've been itching to pad out my non-existent free time with some writing!
  
  a little blurb about me, i got into writing early in life through english classes and reading, and from there, the hobby soared. i have over ten years of writing experience under my belt, and have hopped between tumblr and wattled before finding rpn!! while i'm still learning the ropes on navigating this site, i'm excited to put myself out there and to get back in the swing of things! that being said, if you are interested, please dm me here or on discord (under the same user) for the sake of keeping this thread nice and tidy! thank you!!

  𓆣 my timezone is est, and despite school and work, i try to reply on a semi-regular basis. that can be between one to two (or more) replies a week, or one to two replies a month. of course, i'll extend the same patience to you if you extend it to me.
  𓆣 writing-wise, quality always comes before quantity. exploring character dynamics and pushing the plot is always a priority for me. my word count falls between 500-1200+ words. i typically like to mirror the length of my partners, but the more interest i have for a plot/character, the more i write.
  𓆣 i LOVE indulging in side characters and using them to help pad out our own characters and to add to the rp itself. i think that it adds dimension to the story-telling aspect of writing and helps me get more involved with the rp.
  𓆣 in most rp settings, i lean towards writing diverse characters! as a member of the lgbtqia+, i’m comfortable writing regardless of the pairing and encourage you to share your preferences! that being said, i enjoy diversity in my writing and regardless of the genre, making my characters feel genuine.
  𓆣 all of my writing is third person.
  𓆣 above all, ooc is important to me. i really enjoy getting to know the people i'm writing with, talking about our characters, expanding on plot, random convos, etc. we don't have to be the best of friends, but communications is key to me. that being said, i am 100% ghost friendly. life can get in the way and i will never hold that against someone.
  𓆣 as for where i like to write, in dms on-site or on a thread is where i'm most comfortable. for ooc i prefer talking on discord!

  𓇗 please be 18+. ( all characters written are expected to be 18+ as well! )
  𓇗 a minimum of at least one post a month or every few months. again, i understand that life can get in the way of writing, and as long as you're honest with me, this rule is completely flexible. i just ask that you do the same for me.
  𓇗 be able to chat ooc with me! dms to me that simply state "i'd like to rp blah blah blah" and contain no substance or introduction on your part or talk of any of your interests will probably be [deleted. sorry. if i feel like we're not compatible, or can't have a conversation, i probably won't be interested. i also tend to prefer talking over discord (and rp over rpn preferably), but anything can be arranged!
  𓇗 i prefer writing with realistic face claims and/or written descriptions, but am flexible! if you prefer using artistic and anime-style face claims, please mention it to me! i have specific artistic fcs for specific fandoms. character sheets are heavily encouraged (but not needed!) and i will likely be making my own as well.
