Light Yagami
God of the New World
In a faraway land, where magic still exists, and mankind has not yet turned it's heart from the land, an ancient evil rises, corrupting all it comes across, and destroying everything in it's path. Those unlucky enough to become trapped by the clutches of the Ancient Evil lose all sense of self... becoming nothing but mindless zombies, roaming the countryside, devouring the living.
The king, Lord Buchanan Jacobs the third, paces across his throne room daily, wondering how to save his people (his most precious resource) from the blood-lust of the Ancient Evil. He has sent hundreds of paladins to the fields of Germani (which, coincidentally, would be the very same fields whereupon millions would die in the modern age during WWII), all of which have not returned. He is forced to rely on more...unconventional sources to free his people.
A Mercenary from the Russian motherland, Artemiy Varushkin, who had slayed more men in an hour, than many can slay in their lifetime.
A Doctor from Prussia, Mertin Reuland, who learned his trade on the battlefield, while his father and settlement fought off barbarians.
A Soldier from Britain, Ælfgifu Denman, who had redefined war for the British, it was he who ended the feudal system of his predecessors, even if they had not made him king, they valued, still, his advice.
A Prince of Asia, who had journeyed with Marco Polo from his homeland.
Can they end this plague? Or will they fall, as many others had before?
Only time will tell...
