Rowan is a good tempered person who's main goal is simply to enjoy life. He's usually in a good mood and generally tries to spread it to those around him. He'll keep his problems to himself, and pushes himself to live life in the moment rather than burdening himself with plans and worries. Rowan is sort of a half-leader kind of person. If given the opportunity, he'd rather be the one agreeing to a plan rather than the one making the plan. That said, he prefers to actually have some idea of a plan rather than completely winging it. (Unless the plan is to wing it)
