All Hail Cthulhu
Prince
The prince of Louisville is, surprisingly enough, not a Ventrue or some wartorn Gangrel or Brujah, but is in fact, a Toreador. A very peaceful and artistic Toreador, at least in regards to a lot of other Princes. Her name is Katavari Katsopolis, and she is an Elder whose only publicly known lineage is that of Ancient Greece. She rules politely, but with an Iron Fist. Currently she is focused on keeping the Anarchs from pushing too far out of the West End.
Harpy
The Harpy of the city is none other than the Malkavian Sybil, a very powerful Elder who, as rumor has it, should have assumed power when the previous Prince was ousted, and yet graciously stepped aside to allow Katavari into power. Her eyes were burned out by some experience many centuries ago, and yet as the Harpy, she sees all, knows all, and some say can even predict the future.
Keeper of Elysium
The Keeper is an odd one in a city almost devoid of Sabbat influence, while not what most would consider a powerful Elder, she is still well respected in the service she has devoted to the city. Eva Young is a Lasombra Antitribu, and while technically under Asylum as she fled her Sabbat counterparts, she has shown to be quite the ally to the city. She personally helped retake the entire Southside from anarchs, and currently helps keep control over it with a steady stream of ghouls holding the regions drug trade in control.
Sheriff
There are two Sheriffs in Louisville, each holding power over certain sides of the city, and their hounds help maintain the masquerade in the smaller areas.
Ayre O'Hale is a Brujah who hails from Ireland, and many suspect that he may even be one of the fabled True Brujah, however he keeps to himself most of the time, and only comes into play when necessary. As the Sheriff of the western side of the city, he has focused a lot of his attention on the Anarchs in the West End and leaves much, some say too much, to his Hounds.
James Davant is the Gangrel sheriff of the east side of the city, and many say that with the lack of activity outside the Highlands, he has grown quite complacent in his post, leaving a lot of territory unwatched or uncared for. Brutally honest, he has no room for compassion when he does find criminal activity, and often has to be scolded by the Prince or the Primogen when he oversteps his bounds.
Justicars
Three Justicars hold power in Louisville, each controlling a district.
Jayden Marcus is the Justicar of Downtown Louisville, and his distinct Ventrue roots allow him to both mingle and keep a close eye on those wishing to have dealings in the business and party districts. A bit of a party animal himself, he's had several bodyguards forced upon him due to his refusal to keep his activities quiet so close to the Anarchs.
Adrian Davant is the Justicar of the East End, and while he is not quite as complacent as his Gangrel brother, James, he still finds it a very easy position, mostly because there is little to no problematic (to his knowledge) masquerade issues here.
Gayle Covington is the Justicar of Southside, a very prim and proper woman of the Toreador clan who prides herself on her poise and demeanor. She runs Southside with a moderately less Iron Fist than her brethren, mostly because it allows Eva to do her dirty work in keeping the Anarchs from moving in on the drug trade.
Primogen Council
Ventrue - Dale Underwood, a businessman and entrepreneur, he holds a membership on several Boards of Directors in Louisville, and his ruthlessness and pragmatic approach to economics handed him a prime spot on the Primogen Council.
Tremere - Keysha Valencio - A powerful sorceress, and the second in command of the local Chantry, she is the face of Tremere in the city, and a very widely known occult expert in the Camarilla, earning her a coveted spot on the council.
Gangrel - Carlton Mason - The only true Gangrel elder in the city, and the Sire of both the Justicar and the Sheriff, he holds his position out of respect more than anything else, though rumour has it that the Prince would just as soon not give much power at all to the Gangrel.
Brujah - Kevin Thompson - A relatively young Brujah, but with so few Brujah elders these days, he takes the cake in knowledge and especially in his quiet wisdom. The second most trusted of the Prince and the Harpy, he is often seen in their confidence.
Nosferatu - Jen Whitman - The Nosferatu in the city are often quiet and peaceful, and tend to stick to the sewers and areas with a lot of abandoned buildings, like the Butchertown district, and Jen is no different. Fierce in a fight for those that have been lucky enough to see, she rarely makes an appearance unless it is a formal occasion.
