bumping?

I'm new and not completely sure if I missed this when reading the rules and stuff (I read all the links I was sent) ... but does this site have a policy on bumping

Please keep bumping to a minimum. We definitely allow it; however, we suggest only bumping when your post falls off the first page. Any more than that will be considered spam.
