Fandom Brothers Grim Academy (Reboot)

212 she replied as she saw the golden numbers on the door. This is me she said not wanting him to leave her side she lugged her suitcases full if books inside and her small backpack with everything else.

"Really?" he asked, in shock, "My dorm is right next to yours," he said, taking two of her suitcases that were filled to the brim.

~* Ruby Valerie Rose *~

The girl yawned, slowly coming into consciousness. She lay in the middle of the forest, bare from head to toe save for being covered in a large, beautiful and intricately designed red cloak. She frowned, inertly confused. She couldn't collect her thoughts. Where was she? Why was she bare bottomed, in the middle of the densely fogged woods? Most of all, when was she? She couldn't remember anything, as if her mind had been wiped clean.

She slowly stood, trying to use the cloak to cover herself and wondered the forest, her bare feet extremely muddy and atrociously dirty. The needles and twigs on the ground made no impact of pain. She seemed as if her senses has sharpened, the world around her more piercing and clearer. The smells of the forest were fresh and delightful. She felt free.

Then, as if a mechanism clicked in her brain, the girl remembered her name. She gently played with it on her tongue, her mouth slowly getting used to it. "Ruby... Valerie... Rose?"

She continued to trot through the forest until she came across a cabin in the middle of a clearing. Hanging on a wire in front were clothing Ruby desired. Quickly checking in a window to make sure no one was looking (or home), she grabbed the clothes off the hooks and ran away back into the forest to change.

As she did, out of the corner of her eye she spotted a school. Instinctively she proceeded to investigate, with the beloved red cloak that seemed to envelope her every being.

Why are you being so nice to me belle asked while she arranged her books into alphabetical order all in all she had brought 254 just a mere 0.1 percent of her collection. She started to hang up her sketches of boats and adventures around the room ones that she and her Father had drawn together.

Rapunzel stared out of her tower and looked towards the forest she saw a mysterious figure in a cloak of red hurry out of the forest and stare up at the school. "Yahoo," she yelled " A little help, that B-witch of a headmistress trapped me in here," Rapunzel Gestured for the figure to come closer. Rapunzel had been trapped in the tower for the whole of summer only having her animal friends to talk to, meanwhile the witch had been sapping rapunzels strength to make sure that she had enough beauty cream to last the whole year and Rapunzel had become quite bored and had been hyped up for the start of term. @October Falls

Ruby was staring curiously towards the school, feeling as if she needed to find a way inside and become a student. From above, she heard a holler. Looking up, she saw a beautiful maiden with long luscious golden hair, calling down for help. Something about a B-witch? Headmistress? Ruby thought as if she should know theses names, but nothing seemed familiar other than Headmistress.

Walking closer to the extremely tall tower in which the golden haired girl stood in the highest window towards the top, Ruby felt a sense of foreboding. She didn't feel like it was her place to help this woman. She didn't even know her! Instead, she yelled up to the golden haired woman, asking for information.

"Um.. Hello! You say you need help, but I don't know how." Ruby implied, believing not to mention her memory loss or her curiousness about the school.

Rapunzel yelled out "Hey Hood throw me that rope. She said the hooded figure obliged and Punzie caught the rope. She tied the rope to her windowsill and threw her bags out the window. She then hung onto the rope and made her way down smiling the whole time. When she reached the bottom she went up to the hooded person. "Thanks hood what's your name I'm rapunzel," @October Falls

Ruby looked up once more at what she guessed the woman was referring to her as hood. She sighed and obliged, thinking it best to make a friend. She didn't want to go through this new world, er, this world she couldn't remember alone. Besides, she could always use friends for her benefit.

Beside the tall tower was a conveniently long double knotted rope. After several tries, the top of the rope was finally caught by the golden haired woman and she gracefully descended from the isolated tower room above. As the golden woman did, Ruby hesitated. She was about to leave, thinking against the gaining of this ecstatic friend when she was pulled into a hug and this said woman spoke hurriedly, "Thanks Hood! What's your name? I'm Rapunzel."

Ruby cleared her throat and muttered, "Ruby...". Rapunzel huh? It was an exquisite, unique name. In some way it sounded familiar, but Ruby couldn't put her finger on it. She quickly took several steps away from Rapunzel and took a deep breath, as if to breathe heavily in a confined space. Ruby wasn't quite sure what she was doing anymore. In all honesty, she didn't even trust herself.

"What's the matter," Ruby said with a look of concern. Her new friend was backing away slowly like she was scared. Rapunzel wondered if this beautiful mysterious girl was the legendary red riding hood she fitted the description perfectly right down to the red hood but she didn't want to insult the girl if she was of higher class. "So what fairy tale are you from, I'm from Rapunzel," she said giggling and jumping

Ruby froze when Rapunzel asked what was wrong. Not knowing what to do, and secretly not really knowing what was wrong, she shook her head, as if to say nothing was wrong. Was there something wrong? Maybe... Ruby was so scatter brained, she wasn't sure of anything.

Rapunzel then asked what Fairy Tale Ruby was from. Rapunzel then said she was FROM Rapunzel. Ruby frowned. She felt a word on the tip of her tongue, but she just couldn't put her finger on it. It was as if Ruby couldn't remember, but she did. Like how you walk into a room intent on doing something, and as soon as you enter, you forget what you were going to do. Ruby frowned and shrugged, not understanding the question.

A cathedral bell rang, as if a sign of warning.

Malcom noticed the bell, and, finally yet slowly, stomach growling, eating away at him, he walked inside.

"Holy cow, this place is huuuuuge..." Pete crowed in awe. He was standing on his hands, having quickly bored of standing upright, and he took in his surroundings upside down with practiced ease. Beside him stood his friend Ally, better known "Mom" to him, and she looked just as wow-ed. Sure her house was huge but this could dwarf her house in an instant. It was terrifying. A sudden cackle came from Pete as he stood upright and adjusted his hat. "Hey, you look like you're gonna pee yourself. Calm down, I guarantee no one's gonna mess with you! Besides, if they do, I'll rough 'em up, aight?"

Ally gave Pete a look and he raised his hands in surrender. "Hey, whoa. No need for dagger eyes, Al. Juuuust sayin' I got your back. C'mon, no use standin' around like we got sticks up our butts."

The duo made their way further onto the grounds, Pete doing enough talking for the both of them. Both nearly jumped out of their skin at the sudden and obnoxiously loud bell. "What the heck is that for?"

Ally pointed towards the students entering the building. "Ohhhhhh, okay. Good eye. I'll see ya later, yeah?" Peter didn't wait for Ally to join him, just flashed her a grin and rushed for the doors. On his way, he nearly smashed right into another student. With a squawk of shock, Peter grabbed them by the shoulders so neither of them would tumble over. Pete laughed. "Shoot, sorry dude! You okay?"

Gretel heard the bell first and nudged Hansel who had been into his book. "I can't believe we have to go to class as soon as we get here,"she said, a childlike pout forming on her face. Hansel made a small noise as if agreeing with her. "I don't really want to go to class...but I don't want to make a bad impression either." She looked over at her brother giving him puppy eyes.

"No,"he muttered before looking back at his book.

"Pleeeeease?"she whined. "They don't know what I look like and you can totally fit my clothes. If you do this, I'll won't make you eat your vegetables for the whole day."

He looked at her before shutting his book. "Okay,"he said before being led into a bathroom. He changed into his sister's clothes(which turned out a big baggy so she threw a sweater to make him seem more cute), putting on a wig she had conveniently brought(she was going to make him do this the whole time...). "You're so cute as a girl, I wish you had been born a girl."

Hansel glared at her before exiting the bathroom. Gretel gave him a thumbs up and he hurried to her first class, glad they didn't share one together.

"My god, what the hell happened?" said Malcom. He usually never said such things, but now was an occasion to do so. "I was just on my way to the principal's office. Then I heard this startling bell."

(@Cuddly Kraken)

Hansel(who was pretending to be Gretel) had overheard Malcom and was slightly confused. Sister is very chatty, I think. She talks a lot... The boy gave a large grin as he bounced over to Malcom. Too excited, tone it down a bit. "Wasn't that the class bell?"he asked.

Hansel blinked and then paled. "Are the rooms co-ed here?"he asked, his voice becoming slightly panicked. He didn't want to separate from his sister, especially since he had bad dreams and sometimes there was moving or screaming in the middle of the night that his sister usually comforted.

((Sorry, I don't know how to tag))

(hello everyone I just wanted to let you know I am excited that you all are doing so well. I want to tell you that I have posted something in the OOC so please read it. Thank you.)

(Just put @ and then put their name in there. If you wait, it might show the name below it. Oh yeah, this is how to tag.)

"I don't know." said Malcom. "I just got dropped in here."

Hansel pouted childishly before looking at the time. "So is it class time?" He hoped that Gretel was having a good time.

Gretel was hiding, a comic book in her lap. She knew that dressing like a girl was probably annoying him, but she went back to reading her comic.

(@TurtleGod)

"No #!$*%^& idea." cussed Malcom. Why did he cuss? No idea. He just felt that he NEEDED to find out what dorm he was in. Well, this was true, because when the bell rang in his old school (He has his memories because he's normal...? He's different, but he's normal. Weird, right?) the kids flowed out like a wave. Like a stampede, rather. "Going to go to the principal's office now. Buh-bye." said Malcom, apparently frustrated for some reason, and he stomped off to the principal's office.

Hansel didn't know where to go and followed him. He was more of a follower than a leader and he wondered if he could help this kid. Then he had to remember to be Gretel and she was more of a leader so he had to make up an excuse. "I should check what dorm I'm in too! Don't want to be left clueless!" He made sure to give a hearty, sincere chuckle.

Pete watched the two wander off and 'hmm'ed. "That girl had a deep voice for a chick... Oh well!" He shrugged and was about to walk away when a hand reached up and grabbed his ear. "Wha-hey!"

Ally gave him a deadly glare and he gulped. "Oh... I left you back there didn't I... Hehe?"

With a toneless sigh, Ally shoved him away by his face and whipped out a schedule from the pocket of her dress (and yes some dressed have pockets). Pete looked over her shoulder to read it. "Oh hey, didn't know dorm numbers were on the schedules! I reaaaaally should'nt have thrown it out with the letter, huh? What's your number?" Ally closed her schedule. "Oh c'mon, it's not like I'm gonna bust in and prank you or anything!" After a pointed look, Ally took off down the hall at a calmer pace than the rest of the charging mass of students. Pete cringed to himself and walked after her.

((hey co-dictator @Sukiyaki , would it be safe to say the students are going to their first class of the day? You did say that it was a get-to-know-you kinda day though, right? How's this workin'?))

Gretel decided to start walking around, bored with her comic. If anyone caught her, she could just a random name before hiding again. Unfortunately, she was feeling guilty about making her brother dress like a girl so she would have attendance in class. That would make him absent on the first day! She squashed the guilt down. He likes doing stuff for me and it's not like he's going to fail school...hopefully...

Ms. Dread teleported herself out of her lair and into the principal's room. The room screamed power in every direction from its dark brown walls to the black out shades on the windows. Ms. Dread opened the door and looked out at Ms. Moonbud the vice principal. "Ms. Moonbud," Ms. Dread hated the woman's name with a passion. "If any students arrive you are to tell them to explore the school, nothing more, nothing less. I do not want to see a single student in my office do you understand me?"

@Yonsisac

Malcom opened the door to the principal's office, and saw the principal talking to someone else. Malcom said "Should I wait outside, or..."
