After watching the recent season of Bridgerton Iโve been craving more of it. Naturally, I thought a role play set in a similar setting would be fun.
Iโm not looking to copy Bridgerton one to one, or have any of the same characters. I think it would be far more interesting if we made/involved our own characters. There is of course the queen, the ton/noble society, the mystery writer, etcโฆ
Here are my quick ideas and most of them will involve romance.
Plot One:
Chaos between a well established and accredited family and one that is of newly appointed nobility. (Romeo Juliet concept)
Plot Two:
The runt of the season gets closer with the diamond of the season. (WxW most likely)
Plot Three:After marrying out of necessity, one finds their love match. After some scandal, gossip is floating in the weekly column about her, she is forced to marry early to the only person that would have her. The following season, a new suitor arrives and they find out the truth about the scandal after she confides in them.
Plot Four:
(Platonic/Cute)
Two noble families are close. Two of the children are even closer. Theyโre best friends, and they pinky promised theyโd always be that way. Neither of them are of age yet, so not many put their focus on them. They can easily slip away and cause hell elsewhere or listen in secretly on the parties they arenโt supposed to be attending. Together, they write the weekly column on all of the gossip they heard throughout the week.
All of these are with the mystery writer submitting a weekly column on the events/gossip of the week before.
If you have ideas let me know. Or we can change any of these to match your interests. Throw as much drama at me please, I love it.
About me:
Iโm used to writing, so I would like to have a partner that is willing to write a lot. Three paragraphs and beyond. I understand that daily responses are overboard, for me as well. Especially because Iโm trying to get used to this site and move away from others.
As for pairings, as long as I have a female role I donโt mind anything at all. In general, any partner of mine must be an adult, over nineteen. Even if romance isnโt involved. To the chatters, Iโm okay with ooc talking as much as you want. I can also share my discord if we talk more often.
