Greetings from Canada.
My time as a writer and role player has spanned more than 20 years, and I really hope that I can continue to writer stories with like-minded people for many more years to come. It's been a few months since I last played and I suffered from heavy losses in the realm of friendship and writing partners, so here I am in the hopes of making some new ones!
I'm in my mid 30s and prefer to be ambiguous. Horses are a passion that runs as deep as writing does and I currently have a two year old filly who is worth her weight in trouble. I'm also a falconer, a hunter, and an angler, so... needless to say, I love being out in the wilderness as opposed to indoors. Writing is what helps keep me sane indoors. And hey, speaking of writing, I do have a few preferences on my end of what I really enjoy writing. Check them out below:
I tend to write characters who have an urgent intensity about them, big personalities that intimidate and fill the room and beyond. While I love darker themes, on the other side of the coin I also really enjoy writing about bonds of love and softer scenes that can involve everything from angst to joy and everything in between. My characters tend to appear as one thing on the outside (hard, edgy, evil, etc), but inside they have boundless stories to tell. So I guess you could say that the more complex a character/plot is, the more I will enjoy it.
Anywho, enough of my ramblings. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you on my journey toward finding some like-minded writers!
