Help Bookmarks?

Hey there. I seem to have forgotten how to do something regarding them. I thought that clicking sticky when making a bookmark would put it up at the top so that when I hovered over the bookmark symbol, they would show up.

But that isn't the case. So how would I go about putting bookmarks I already made, up there? So that I don't have to actually go to the bookmarks page to view my bookmarks.

I didn't have that option when I made mine? That's so weird...because I remember having it but it was gone.

Oh, and I also already made the bookmarks. Is there a way for me to edit them to become a favorite and appear up there?

You can edit them here. And you should have the option to do so...

If you can't there or on creation, can you please post a screenshot of what you do see?
