Good morning, good afternoon and good evening fellow peeps!
I'm Bookmark and I am so glad you are here. If you have stumbled into my weird little world, then I might just be who you are looking for. I'm on the hunt for a relatively long term partner (long term is a relative term that varies on each person). I have been creating stories with my various partners for quite a bit. I used to be on Gaia online (2009 I believe? Maybe a little earlier, maybe a little later) but due to life I hadn't been on it in a while. Then a friend sent me the link for rp nation and now I'm here. Though I am not new to roleplaying I am new to the site, so please bear with me as I stumble along.
Though I do have some cravings I am also open to other ideas. I like when my partner gets involved in the creation of the story along with me. I like the back and forth idea sharing. That makes the story ours instead of just mine or just yours. I like someone who can give me a paragraph or two (no word count min or max) but I understand writer blocks or moments in the story where less is more. I am not strict or forceful, I just have a hard time connecting with someone who doesn't give me enough to keep the story going.
If this sounds like it's up your alley, then lets get to meeting! I am just really excited about this and really hope that you and I can hit it off ^.^
I would prefer 18+ but if you can prove your are mature and able to write relatively well then I am willing to give you a shot!
I do MxF pairings. Though I have nothing at all against other pairings, it's just not something I've done and not comfortable doing myself. I don't mind if there are MxM or FxF pairings in the story line (if you wanted to create some) because it can bring a different aspect to the story. I try to be as open minded as possible. I also prefer to double up characters. Typically I have always done 1 F and 1 M per person but willing to hear another suggestion. I just think 1 character per person gets a little stagnant after a bit. Though if you have a crazy idea that might just do better with 1 character per person, hit me with it!
I like romance in my stories but I don't enjoy that being the sole focus of the story. I like adventure, action, drama, trauma, gore, dark, humor, weird, fantasy, sci-fi (not as great at this one but willing to learn), nonsensical, originals and pretty much everything in between. I really, really would like some romance involved. I am just a sucker for it. I like the sweet kind, the dark kind, the twisted kind, the slow burn kind, the forced kind and pretty much anything in between.
Here are some of the things I have been craving.
If you'd like to do any of these it would be amazing.
If you have another idea I am excited to hear about it.
Bold is what I'd like to play but it's not set in stone.
(No characters under 18 yo and no huge age gaps)
Criminal x Captive -- (I have a plot line for this)

Rival Queen and King (separate kingdoms - also have a plot line for this)
Princess (who sneaks out to help her people often. Queen hates her) x Knight
Robin Hood x OC
Serial Killer x Victim
Post apocalyptic (flexible on zombies or outbreak)
Accidental roommates (I have a plot line)
Angel x Demon - Battle over a human
Gladiator x Female
Female gladiator x Male
Werewolf enemy packs
Isekai villainess
Yokai x Only person who can see them
Detective x Criminal
Slice of life
Solider x P.O.W
Soldier x Kidnappee (VIP daughter they have to rescue)
