In terms of watching, I'd honestly say Toujou vs Kuma. It could be very entertaining to see someone with a versatile quirk that has strong stats in many fields fight against someone who has a quirk that is almost purely offensive. For character development that's a tough one since almost any fight is bound to have character development.
