Yeah, I try to at least 3 times a week. Been doing that for almost 3 years now. As for motivation, even I lack it sometimes xd It's just that I've been doing it for so long that it became a part of my routine and not doing it feels weird. If you want to try I recommend you just powering through the first month so it becomes a normal procedure. But most importantly, find somebody to workout with. That way you have pressure on you and there's the sense of competition between both of you and that really helps.You workout?
