I'm actually warming up to the second design's color, except for the white-red color on the females' tops. What do you guys think of the second style's color? Should it stay the same or faded navy blue instead of red, pure white in place of the white-red/very light pink, and crimson for the neck ties/ribbons?

I think both the red and blue color choices would work well with the design. I like the uniforms, but Rage does bring up a good point. They might be a tad fancy for the school. The U.A. uniforms are pretty simple.

I rather enjoy the dull colors of this uniform since it's not too flashy, and the overall casual look makes it appear comfortable to wear.

What can I say, I'm a sucker for tail coats, buttons, and old, frilly skirts The colors are decent, but a change could always make them look better. I'll post a color scheme that might look better on this shortly if anyone likes this style more than the other.

Okay so let me give my advice one both as each, in my opinion, have their problems.

Let me start backwards with the second one. It really doesn't seem to fit with PSA for me. Don't get me wrong, I love gold and red, and buckles and frills as much as the next guy but...they look more like bellboys or servants rather then student clothing. Also, PSA was built by others and even then there's still missing parts and while there might be someone with a clothes designing quirk, these still are too fancy for a school with a lower budget then the U.A.

Also the other clothing looks....over green if that makes any sense. They feel sickly and all the little buckles don't seem to work either. Maybe it's just the design but they don't feel like uniforms for a school.

Sure, It may take a bit to edit, though. The program I use is a bit iffy with recoloring stuff

This ain´t U.A. though. The principal is not an overly intelligent rat aided by a wannabe rockstar. Really, having a uniform at all is already a formality.

*finish the gifs
*make a leaderboard with the quirk´s physical enhancements and other such traits. Later on there will also be one for relative intelligence.
*start the villain encounters with exam students, if at least two are at a stage where that could happen (so far only Rage has advanced far enough I think)
*settle the uniform vote

There are no conflicts, you just happen to have chosen a quirk extremely similar to what another person has

It won´t if you´re smart about it. Two people having such similar quirks happens in the boku no hero universe, but that doesn´t mean it goes unnoticed by the people who have them (Ex: Kirishima and Tetsutetsu)
