Personality:

Luke is an angst filled, guitar playing loner. At least that's how people see him. He's a little quiet, sure, but that's only because he has never found anyone who captivated his interest. He's never found anyone he could truly enjoy speaking to. He attends the big parties, the partied that everyone else goes to, just so no one thinks he's dead. He's invisible, essentially. He's always there, but no one acknowledges him. It doesn't bother him, though. When the others don't know he's there, he takes in the inspiration for his music. His invisibility is sort of a blessing.


If you're close to him (though the only person who really is, is his Mother) you can see that he's got a sarcastic humour. He's not romantic, but he can love someone with all of his heart. He's spiritual; he can say things in a none-romantic way that mean more than any love poem. He's a little brooding, true, but his company is comforting.

History:

Luke's history is simple; it's ordinary. He grew up swapping houses at the weekend to live with his Father, who had divorced his Mother when he was only young. During the week, he lived with his Mother. She has always been extra proud of him; he never gets into any real trouble and he did well with his grades. He Father never cared too much about him, and sometimes cancelled his visits, saying that he had work. Luke knew it wasn't the case. He either couldn't be bothered, or he had a date. His Mother always appreciated Luke. He was helpful. She wanted to hold on to him as long as she could. She even offered for him to move back in with her, once the murders began.


When he was twenty, he moved out of his Mother's home, and moved into an apartment closer to his school. It was a small apartment, that cost little and was easy to maintain. He had done well in high-school, keeping up to standard with his grade, so his Father had paid for his first few months of rent. It was the least he could, especially when Luke hadn't seen him for close to a year. This was the point that Luke gave up with his Father. He knew he wasn't cut out to be a Dad, and Luke didn't care for him too much, so why force him? At least he was helping him financially. Life was easy, until the murders. He was never especially friendly with the victims, but it made him feel insecure; lost and always scared.

Madeleine is a very unique person. This is because of the weird traits she harbours, and the way she carries herself. For example, she's well aware that she is well, a good looking girl. Like her major, she's filled with many wonderful traits like loyalty and overall basic kindness. Meaning that she won't purposely hurt anyone, although she like any other person has moments in which she just can't control her rude comments. In front of people, she appears like a very likeable and regular being. But, in her own time and mostly alone she expresses the way she feels about other people freely. For example, she hates everyone yet pretends to like everyone she's ever directed words to. Then again, doesn't everyone do that also? Ellie is also very intelligent and therefore is not fooled easy, so don't take her for some kind of idiot. There is fault in her personality, and that would be dishonesty. Friends or not, if she needs to lie to get something that will benefit her, she will do it. Of course, this is not something that most people pick up on. Her face is just one of a person that would never lie or hurt a fly. But remember, that looks can be deceiving. For some reason, she's also very strange and often acts a bit ... weird. Her sense of humor is not one that many understand, so no it's not just you.

History:


Madeleine is a child of two very wealthy socialites, and the youngest of 3 siblings. Her parents have never been overly close with her and she doesn't really mind, considering that Ellie isn't really an emotional and attached person. She was born in the Big Apple and lived there during her early childhood years. When she was 10, they moved to Florida. Here, she grew up until she was 16. By far, this was the place she loved the most and only in Florida was she able to make a couple of friends although she was starting to already develop a dishonest quirk and would lie to cover up any boring events in her life. However, since her parents were never around and her siblings were in college, there was no one to disprove her stories. At her high school, she became one of the most interesting characters and was voted most likely to be successful. Once again, her family made a move to Minnesota. This time, she relaxed and took some time off, being constantly retaught by tutors in order to be fresh when she began College. You see, Madeleine graduated the 12th grade at the age of 16 and was set to begin college. Yet, she felt like she needed time to unwind before she entered University, and after many convincing arguments her parents let her stay home for 2 years. At the age of 18, she enrolled in the University of Minneapolis but did not begin until the age of 19, when the next semester began. Her family has made another move, although she's since remained living on Campus. So far, the murders are starting to creep her out. However, she's never argued anything bad about the person who might be committing them.





Appearance:


Ellie is a very pretty young woman, and she's aware of it. Her skin is slightly tanned, due to her years spent in Florida and the days spent on the beach. Her hair is dyed to an Ombre effect, beginning with dark brown and ending with a honey blonde at the tips. She stands to be 5'6, and weighs 125lbs. Ellie has dark green eyes that contrast well wtih her skin and hair.

Jake Camplin is an introvert, preferring solitude over social interactions. He has always found solace in immersing himself within fictitious worlds of computer games or books. He has a love for art, finding drawing a good outlet and a clear way of expressing himself.


Jake is usually quiet and polite, but he does have a dark side; he can be manipulative, and has been known to have sporadic outbursts of aggression. He fears water and has never been taught how to swim.


History:


Jake was born and raised in Minnesota, he lived with his mother and father until one day his father unexpectedly left without explanation, leaving his mother devastated. It took years for the both of them to recover and get back to a sense of normality.


Jake started staying at home, relentlessly immersing himself in a book or a computer game. "Why live one life when you can live a hundred?" He would ask his mum when she would encourage him to join his friends in social activities with the "You only live once." Cliché. His friends eventually abandoned all hope of ever getting Jake to attend any social events and they disappeared from his life forever.


Several years later, when Jake was 19, his mother passed away, leaving him a small fortune in inheritance. Following the death of his mother Jake's attention would be diverted from the interactive world of computer games and instead he would become fixated on death.


His unhealthy obsession with death led Jake on a journey of morbid discovery as he researched into serial killers and cold cases world wide.


At the age of 20 Jake partially recovered enough to start re-attending college to follow his former path of art. Little did he know that his macabre interests would be sparked to life again with the murder of a fellow student at his college. Jake thought it would pass, but then there was a second and a third victim and Jake knew he wouldn't be able to forget about their deaths until the perpetrator had been brought to justice.

Samara should never be taken lightly. She isn't flaky, fluffy, or helpless creature by any stretch of the imagination. History: Samara grew up in small town in Oregon. She had always been a rough and tumble kid as well as a curious child as almost every child was. She however had secrets. These secrets influenced her to become a psychological major and figure out what was wrong with her. She was a different child she had drastic mood swings. One minute she could be the sweetest thing in the world, the next she be starting into space and when she came back to the present so to speak she would turn angry. Samara was a very secretive when it came to other people, so now that she was in college, she slightly kept to herself except the thing is she just got back to college after getting her bachelor. She was now 4 years into her PHD. She would be finishing up soon. Her family was scared and proud of her. They knew her dark secrets, there was just something about her that made it all worse. When she was home her mother and father had her siblings sleep with them in a locked room. Even her roommates all transferred out after things started happening on campus. In nothing but a black shirt at Halloween kids went running. So this just. Isolated her more even at college.
