The world is basically earth, so there is no need to change character sheets to fit a world. Rhodes Von Neumann

Bio

Rhodes grew up listening to the Radioshow hosted by his role model Mickey Thorne. Stories of the supernatural were submitted by people all across America to be read by Mickey, and it transported Rhode's young mind to unthinkable realities. To follow in his role model's image, he moved to the city to get a radio job for HornRadio. Rhodes however, Dispizes music and popular culture. His research ability is unmatchable though, and one day he might convince someone in the right position to give his idea a chance and bring attention to the stranger things in life. With a recognizably soothing voice and a face that is unknown to the public, Rhodes has captured the hearts of many listeners already.

Personality

Rhodes is a high-strung and cynical individual, not a good candidate for an action hero with his physique. He is incredibly witty and curious, but horrible at making quick decisions under pressure. He hates trend chasers and is embarrassed by people who recognize him.

PI. Casey Sigmund

Bio

In 1100, the scholarly master Peltevar created a Golem to watch over his domain. In 1850, the scholar was murdered, and his soul was extinguished before entering a flesh vessel he created. The Golem, now known as Casey Sigmund, took control of the body to prevent Peltevar's enemies from claiming his strength. Through time, she's been watching over and protecting humans from the dark arts. Casey Sigmund is now a PI who investigates crimes connected to the occult in the city. Her goal is to wipe out the order responsible for her master's murder and return the borrowed vessel to Peltevar's reincarnated soul once it's found.

Personality

This Inspector seems easygoing, but she's incredibly strict. She had spent her first centennial as a spectator from humanity and continues to hide her true self behind fake identities casual lies. Casey has a weakness for women, but interestingly, she developed a deep pining for her late master Peltavar, an idolization fueled by isolation and responsibility.

Stone Alchemy

With the body's inherited divine magic, she can lay spells on a sculpture to connect her five senses to it.
Sigmund can turn herself into a moving relief sculpture.
With acquired souls, she has the power to animate golems matching the strength of the souls used, and give them a rune command.

Abha of the Broken
Age: 33yrs (possibly older)
Species: Rakshasa

Bio: Abha Awoke thirty three years ago in Damascus Syria, yet it awoke with no body, a disembodied spirit wandering the city learning of its denizens and coming to appreciate the intricacies of the human life. Eventually seven years of this wandering Abha noticed it was gaining the ability to manipulate the world around it to a limited degree, it could feel the wind, people would feel its touch and hear its voice but they could not see Abha. That finally changed three years later when Abha desired to be a human with every fiber of its being and much to its surprise he became a human male. Donning the new body it named itself Abha and called itself the broken as it knew not who or what it was. It took a job as a baker and while the shop made good money it would never spend it as there was no need, it would simply unmake its body when the store closed and go watch the city. Slowly it began to be saddened by the suffering of the poor and would don its body to give its earnings to the poor however the younger ones would flee from the male body as there was a growing problem with kidnappings occurring.

It was then that it donned another new body creating the female persona it called Abby. In that form it found it could easily approach the children and gift them money with much less suspicion however it did not forget the kidnappers and would come to find a growing group of extremists calling themselves isis kidnapping children and using them as hostages to recruit their parents or turning them into child soldiers if that failed. Not quite understanding what it was seeing it continued to watch, after all none of them had been killed and the hurts they received were actually tended to by the soldiers who were gathering there. However that changed quickly when the Syrian government and the growing group began to come to conflict. Abha did not know who initially started it as they were at the bakery at the time but nonetheless it was horrified to see its city turn to ruins quickly as the conflict grew larger and Americans, Russians, and many other armies came to the city. As the conflict grew more intense Abha’s Balery was destroyed and they witnessed the deaths of several of the children who had taken to staying in the bakery where they would work for Abha out of gratitude for the money it had given them.

Enraged by the incident Abha wished it could destroy all of these soldiers with its true form and again much to its surprise it’s once invisible spirit form gained a terrifying visage and it would learn this visage to be far more powerful than its human forms. It launched assault after assault on all sides of the conflict, impervious to the weapons of man and capable of destroying their greatest of fortifications it seemed that Abha would succeed in its campaign. However the locals viewed this new creature as a demon and even the source of the bloodshed as such they gathered in the mosques and taking up holy relics and sacred artifacts they drove Abha out and cursed him to never return…forcing Abha to watch from the distance as the city it had come to call home continued to descend into ruins. In its Rage Abha of the Broken has Declared a personal war on all the forces that destroyed its home, but recognizing the danger of being seen and feared it has decided to take a more infiltration based Role, seeking politicians and military leaders on all sides of the conflict Abha will soon launch its first assault and one must wonder if it is the right thing to stop them or not?

Personality: Abha is a calm and generally rational being most of the time however it has a very emotional core and all the decisions it makes usually come from a place of rage or compassion or other high emotions, yet it uses logic, reason, fairness, Justice, and liberty to make justify the actions it takes ensuring that no innocents will suffer its wrath. That said Abha is not infallible nor does it have absolute control over its emotions. This can translate to rash impulsive decisions which can sometimes harm those who do not deserve such harsh punishments, though it tries to have a good heart it fears humans may be corrupting it and drawing it into an abyss.

Rakshasa: The Rakshasa demons of Hindu mythology posses a cacophony of magical powers however Abha has yet to grasp all of them. It’s most prominent power is its ability to shapeshift which it uses to take a male or female human form, a boar form, a Corvid form such as a raven, however it’s greatest power comes in its true form in which it stands ten feet tall and possesses immense supernatural strength and agility with the ability to fly and hurl fireballs, it’s greatest ability in that form however is to summon its celestial glaive whose indestructible blade can cleave nearly anything in twine. However that power is a double edged sword as it is a weapon that can deal grievous wounds and even fatal ones to him should a foe use it on him.

All of Abhas forms possess immunity to non magical damage, and slight superhuman traits though they are far less powerful than Abhas true form and cannot use its flight, Fire, or summoning capabilities.

Atticus A’rbius The Perpetual
Age: 3147yrs
Species: Cursed Lesser Deity.
Gender: Male

Bio: Long ago Somewhere along the Mediterranean Sea near Athens a sinkhole opened up, pulling into it several homes, and a large section of ground nearly a hundred meters wide. Fortunately those who dwelt their either escaped or were not home at the time, however it was not what went into the sinkhole that was important, rather what came out of it. Emerging from the Abyss was A young man, Stark naked as if born from the pit as a child is born from a womb. He claimed to be Born in the underworld, saying he was the Son of Hades and Persephone. Few believed the man at first thinking him a denizen of one of the homes who was injured whilst bathing.

However as the years passed and the man did not age or change his story at any time people began to believe his claim. He seemed okay for the first two decades but after realizing that he would not age, could not starve, or even have children he began to seek an alternative path back to the underworld via ending his own life. Yet he found his curse to be far more powerful than he believed possible. Casting himself from high places yielded only pain as his wounds stitched themselves before his eyes. Casting himself into the mouth of a roaring furnace only granted him several agonizing minutes of burning alive before he realized it to would not work and crawled out of the blaze to end his pain. For decades he continued his efforts, consuming poisons, antagonizing venomous creatures, even seeking monsters and Magicians to grant him his end, yet nothing succeeded and eventually he would learn why.

His mother Persephone came to visit him during one of her seasons of freedom from the underworld where she explained to him what happened. He was born in the underworld as the child of a goddess of life and a god of death, Hades and herself. The duality of his nature and him being free from the reign of Zeus caused the King of the Olympian gods to grow paranoid that The young man would usurp him and thus he cursed the child on the day of its birth to only be allowed 21 years in the underworld before his duality would consume him and trap him in a state between life and death, a state that would make the underworld toxic to him. His parents would have no choice but to cast him out of the underworld, however being removed from that world would In turn remove the vast majority of The boys power. His name was Euphon however he rejected this name and his divine linage angered that his parents could not protect him from such a fate. He donned the Name given to him by the Athenians , Atticus meaning From Attica, the territory Athens was located in.

He decided he would continue his attempts to die but no longer would it be through suicide, he instead began to fight in the battles of man using his superior Physical might and immortality to crush the enemies of Athens until he faced The city of Troy under the Rule of the Athenian king Menestheus. The Destruction of Troy was terrible enough to cause Atticus to abandon Greece as he saw them as cruel savages due to the cruelty they displayed. He left from there and wandered the Lands of Africa finding many creatures thought to be myth, and living along side tribes like the Zulu who welcomed the immortal man as a blessed hunter. He would continue to live with them for hundreds of years continuing his wandering until he arrived back in Egypt where he was Imprisoned by Queen Cleopatra for denying her advances only to be released a few years later during the Roman attack on Alexandria.

He would Be taken to Rome as a slave where he was forced into the gladiatorial arena displaying his remarkable skill and overwhelming all foes. Until he was able to fake his own death and gain his freedom as his body was cast into a pit and left to be eaten by the lions inside. The immortal let the beasts destroy one of his arms so that he could use his broken bone as a weapon to kill the big cats before the injury healed. From there he fled north and joined the Germanic and Saxon barbarians, fighting along side them he contributed to the sacking of Rome and thus the fall of the empire in 395AD before he fled once again this time going east. Where he would live out nearly a thousand years traveling between Monasteries and learning wisdom from the eastern masters before he rose to defend his new home China against the Mongul hordes of Genghis khan. He would eventually bring an end to Genghis in 1227 clashing blades with him and piercing his heart fatally.

After his deed attracted much attention he again fled this time continuing East to Japan. There he would take up a living as a rice farmer for several hundred years until he was forced to defend his farm from the feudal warlords and their armies, he did so by becoming a ronin, or a swordsman without a master. It was here where he would suffer his greatest defeat. After earning a name for himself as an indomitable swordsman he would find himself facing off against Miyamoto Musashi the Sword Saint of Japan. Despite the impressive talents of Atticus his heart was hardly in the battle and after many fatal blows failed to bring him down Miyamoto dismembered the Ancient Greek Warrior, plunged his sword into his heart, and put the pieces in an iron chest wrapped with chains before casting it into the sea. Atticus would spend just over four hundred years in that chest until in 2012 two Japanese Crab divers could find the chest and drag it to the surface. They found the bones of Atticus with a sword in the sternum, which they promptly pulled out thinking it valuable…however as soon as it was removed flesh began to stitch itself across the bones and Atticus rose again surprising the crab divers who were distracted by the sword. The men jumped overboard being convinced they had found a cursed man and object to which Atticus responded by taking their boat to shore and telling a man that they were stranded in the water. As he began to learn of the magnificent technologies of the new world he began to wonder about a nation that rose during his time in the chest, he has since lived in America working as a History professor so none would question why he owns a 400 year old Katana, and why he seems to know the location of numerous ancient battlefields that are chalked full of relics of value, or why he seems intimately aware of historical context.

Duality Cursed God- Atticus is eternally trapped in a state between life and death. He does not age, does not require sustenance, and will recover from any mortal wound so long as the obstruction is removed. He has tested this curse against all forms of weaponry and even vast different kinds of magic or creature. It’s not all rainbows and sunshine however, he still feels pain, will suffer the effects of poison and starvation up until the point of death. He can be imprisoned and seems to be cut off from using all kinda of magic. That said he possesses thousands of years of combat experience allowing him to best all but the most prodigal of warriors, and his physical might is rather impressive with it often being said he possesses the strength of three large men, with Speed, Stamina, senses and Toughness being equally enhanced. While he is proficient with nearly every weapon he is still a bit uncomfortable with the more modern ones and prefers to use the Sword of Miyamoto Musashi which has come the closest to actually killing him.
