Do environmental abilities coount in the abilities tab? Like a airing gaining fins and breathing underwater?

Gaining the ability to breathe underwater would be an ability. Getting fins depends on if it permanent or not. If it is, then i would consider the gills as a physical change that came with the bloodline.
