Yo, sheet is below. You can add more to it if you want but the bare minimum I need to read to accept a character is there.
Doesnt matter if you make a Spellsword or a Sword-breaker they are still recruited/chosen/forced into the team that is sent on a suicide mission.
If something seems a tad off or BS/OP I'll ask you to change it, nothing against anyone specifically I just find it easier to sidestep the stuff that potentially ruins a group rp.
Since there will be time skips you could probably make two sheets for the same character or edit as needed.

Flaws: (no one's perfect, mind you if they are super edgy or have problems with authority/following orders why try an join the magic army? If it seems like to much of a hassle said character would be removed from the academy and would never make it onto a squad.)

What is formed:
(Your magic in its strongest form takes a unique shape to be wielded in your hands.
For a Spellsword this could be any type of sword you like, buster sword made of fire? Fine. Katana of ice? Cool. Rapier of light? Sure.
For a Sword-breaker pick any other weapon apart from a sword. Nunchucks, axe, hammer, gauntlets, crossbow, spear... depending on what you choose it could be duel wielded or change size, same as above it's a weapon made from mana meaning your magic made into a solid form.)

(What your character can do with and without your sword/weapon made of magic.)
