Fantasy Blood Ties

Dragons and Griffins roam the world, some free others not. The tamers are in search of their Noble partners as the war between Dragon and Griffin riders becomes worse. The poor creatures wish not to fight each other though, but when they find their fated human they must obey. What happens when both Griffin rider's and dragon riders begin to team up, as a greater enemy arises.

Sora - Griffin - Wild
Sora looked up to the sky, watching the sun seem to rise from the depths of the ocean. She smiled before shifting to her griffin form and shooting into the sky. She loved the sky and the vast freedom it held. She glided on the wind for a bit before tucking her wings against her back and dropping. She then snapped them out once again before dragging one paw through the water. Other Griffin's found her odd, most having the front of back legs of a bird. She on the other hand had four paws, it came from her mother's side. She hadn't met any others who had the same defect as her.

Kira Venterous - Rider - Dragon: Drago
Kira yawned before stretching, "I see your awake Princess..." She rubbed her eyes and glanced over meeting glowing orange eyes. "Good morning Drago... Did I fall asleep in our travels?" She glanced around, she definitely didn't know this place. Her dragon chuckled a bit, "We have arrived in the Kingdom of Sertina now." Kira woke up fully and looked around, they really had. "It's beautiful here!!!"

Drago - Dragon - Kira's
Drago chuckled at his master's awe of the place. Sertina was one of the last kingdom's not yet covered in war. He was glad they had made it here with minimal problems. Glancing to Kira he shifted to his human form, "I'll go get something for us to eat. You sit tight and start up a fire for us." Kira nodded walking over to the cliffs edge to get a better look. There was a town not to far from them, then off in the distance stood the castle of Sertina.

Julian Valentine - Tamer
Julian sighed as he climbed out of the dragon pulled carriage. They were a lot bumpier rides, but they were fast than horses. He looked around, not many seemed to be out and about just yet. The Kingdom of Sertina, "I hope there are lots of beautiful women!" A cloak covered his face as his violet eyes looked around.

Alec~Griffon rider~Griffin:Cael​

Alec walked through the streets of the fairly peaceful city Cael walking with him in his Griffin form "Cael… do you think it is about time to head to the market for more supplies?" he asked him looking up at the white griffin

Cael•Griffin•Rider:Alec​

Cael followed Alex through the city and let out a small caw to let his rider know that he agreed with him that they should go to the market

Brook~Female~Tamer​

Brook looked around and sighed walking down the street and stumbled into a mask man "Oh! I'm so sorry I apologize I was not paying attention!" She said stumbling a little

Gareth•Wild•Dragon​

Gareth flew quickly through the forest weaving in and out of the trees before he shot up into the sky above the trees and swooped down landing next to a small lake and shifted back to his human form and chuckled

Raye•Wild•Griffin​

Raye walked in her human form near the edge of the kingdom enjoying watching the humans for a while before deciding that she might just brave a trip into town to see what it was like

Sora - Griffin - Wild
Sora soon saw smoke rise towards the sky slowly. A growled rose from her throat, humans no doubt. She circled over head before swooping down quickly, a female. She would kill the woman, one less human in the world. That was totally fine by her.​

Kira Venterous - Rider - Dragon: Drago
Kira had a pile of wood all set up and held her hand out, "Your fire is mine..." She said as fire danced across her hand she touched the pieces of wood and a nice fire started. She sat back with a smile looking at her handy work.​

Drago - Dragon - Kira's
Drago changed to his dragon form once again and began to track down a deer he smelled near by. He came upon a doe and two babies, "Well crap..." He changed to his human form and watched them. He wasn't going to ruin the family, the fawns were to young to survive on their own. He turned and followed the scent of a few rabbits. He chased them down instead, snatching them up and heading back to Kira.​

Julian Valentine - Tamer
Julian caught the girl before she could fall, "It's fine. You okay?" He asked with a grin, hiss luck a beautiful lady would walk into him. He chuckled softly staring at her, "I'm new to town....mind telling me were I can get a bite of food."

Brook looked up at him and nodded "Yes I am alright thank you..." she said watching him unsure for him then when he asked about food she nodded "Oh uh yes actually… I can show you they are a bit odd and only let familiar faces in but the food is good and they know me so they will let you in"

Sora growled her aim had been the human, but instead her claws sank into a dragon. "Shit she's bonded..." Her blue eyes glared at the human, "Did you force him!!!" She growled backing away from the dragon, her black blue tipped wings.​

Drago - Dragon - Kira's
Drago looked up smelling a scent and saw a Griffin shooting down to the ground, "KIRA!!!!" He dropped the rabbits and shifted running for his master. Kira jerked back as Drago came out of nowhere, "W-what..." Right as she said that she felt pain in her side. Drago grit his teeth, "Damn Griffin...." He growled glaring at the Griffin.​

Kira Venterous - Rider - Dragon: Drago
Kira gasped, "Drago..." She rushed over to look at the claw marks. "Stay still..." Drago sighed but didn't take his eyes off the female that had tried killing Kira, "You move a muscle and I'll kill you...and no she didn't force the bond on me I accepted her." Kira walked over to her bag and quickly grabbed a salve she had made for dragon wounds. Kira sighed, "Don't go blaming her I'm sure she has her reasons... remember yourself." Drago blushed slightly.​

Julian nodded, "That's a bit odd but I suppose with the violence taking place it makes sense." He sighed, "I left Gavisten to before the stuff there went sideways. I had planned on leaving anyways my plans were just rushed."

Amelia yawns and stretches as she looks around the crowded market. She hated seeing people stare at her and her large belly. She knew she was pregnant and she knew the father, but the father was dead. Amelia made her way to a baker's stall who seemed to be selling several varieties of sweet breads.

Brook nodded to him and turned motioning him to follow "ah yes it is a shame what has been happening there... I have tamed both dragons and griffins but have not yet found a bond and I do not believe that the griffins and dragons want to fight though I could be wrong"

Gareth eventually landed net the town and smiled striding into town and then saw a woman at one of the bread stands and tilted his head a bit then slowly approached and realized she was pregnant and laughed at himself for not realizing

Raye•Wild•Griffin
Raye shifted and flew then frowned seeing confrontation between a griffin and a dragon and landed nearby and walked over "I do not mean to interfere but here is not the time nor place to fight..."

Amelia noticed the man staring at her curiously and offered a semi awkward smile as she glanced between the man and the bread. She grabbed two rolls and paid for them before beginning to waddle away with one roll in her mouth.

Gareth realized he had made her feel awkward and hurried after her "I am truly sorry ma'am I did not mean to make you feel awkward or be rude... can I return you to your home as a way of showing my apology?" He asked feeling bad

 

[Sgt Gomez]

"Um....y-yeah....s-sure," she stutters and looks down not sure how to feel but not wanting to make the man feel weird she nods.

Gareth nkdded and moved so that he would not harm anyone as he shifted then shifted to his tragic form and looked to her "I can carry you if you do not wish to walk" he spoke he was awkward not having much contact with humans and having very few proper conversations he did not know what to do

Amelia froze as he shifted and stared at him. She had not expected him to be a dragon. Not wanting him to turn angry and harm her, she slowly climbed onto his back.

Gareth walked along "You do not have to fear me I have no ill intentions towards any humans" he said walking "Just direct me where I need to go"

"O-Of course," she says nervously and looks down at her bulging belly. "It's on the edge of town. The old farm house."

Gareth gently lifted off the ground to go over a group of people and creatures then landed on the other side "ok hang on" he spoke softly then eventually got her home and landed in the front "If there is anything that I can assist with you only need to let me know" he said gently and crouched down to make it easier to get off "Do be careful you seem due soon make sure the child's father is around he may need to call for a doctor soon" he said and watched her

 

[Sgt Gomez]

"Thank you for the offer," She smiles warmly at the dragon before he mentions the baby's father. "He....he is no longer around..." she looks down in shame after sliding off of his back. "I should be ok. Don't worry about me," she chokes back tears.

Gareth shifted back to human and frowned a little bit "I do not mean to intrude by any means but may I ask why he is no longer around" he said and watched her carefully not meaning to intrude

 

[Sgt Gomez]

"He's passed on. A...a dragon...killed him..." she says slowly.

Gareth flinched a little bit and looked down "I am very sorry... it is unfortunate but my kind can be very cruel to at times" he said and sighed "I wish I could help if there is anything I can do just yell and I will return I will not go too far until I am sure you and your child are safe"

 

[Sgt Gomez]

She nods and finally bursts into tears. She knew not all dragons were the same but since seeing the baby's father being killed she had been terrified of dragons.

Gareth frowned and sat down on his knees watching her and bowed his head "I am sorry" he said softly and stared at the ground

 

[Sgt Gomez]

"N-No it's fine," she looks at the dragon. "I know not all...dragons are like that but...I'm just nervous is all."

Garett nodded a little bit and looked up t her before standing "It is ok I understand some humans are scared of us… not all of us are good unfortunately but neither are all humans" he sighed and nodded his head "Remember you only need to yell" he said and went towards the forest

 

[Sgt Gomez]

"Thank you," she whispers to the dragon as he walks off. She wasn't quite sure how she felt about the dragon, but knew he only wanted to help her.
