XxRoseAlchemistxX submitted a new role play:

Blood and Roses - Vampires, Werewolves, Humans. A three way battle has begun. Take your side.

Vampires and werewolves, we use to think that these creatures were just in fairy tales or scary movies, but they are far more real. They exist right now and have existed for years. They've been hiding all this time, but now something is coming. Will it be a battle for dominance over the world? Or could we find peace, and unify the races? It's time to take a side.

Number of Characters

Hello everyone! I'm so happy to see so many excellent characters so far. It amazing that this role play has such creative writers involved with it. I'm incredible excited to get started. We will start soon, I'm just going to wait for a few more characters. This RP will require quite a few(we are off to a good start though).
I just wanted to let all of you know that I'm going to let each writer have a limit of 3 characters. So, you can make 3 bios for this RP. (You can choose to make less than...

Historical Accuracy

Hello members! We will be starting very soon! I have only a few things left to do before we start.
I would just like to tell everyone to please make sure to try and stay historically accurate. This on really applies to the non-human characters. Remember if your character wasn't born in modern times they have lived through the ages, they have lived through changes such as wars, pandemics, natural disasters etc. Unless your character has secluded themselves from such changes they will be...

Albin:

these next few days was going to be interesting to say the least, today was one of the gatherings of vampires that i hold every year in my mansion estate. Tall stone walls blocked us off from the outside world, as the sun came up i felt its warmth and wondered what it was like to never feel its warm rays ever again. I turned towards my servants, all human of course, and directed them to the chores and readiness of the manor for tonight's guests. the day passed without incident and my home was ready, I myself was a nervous wreck on the inside for I thoroughly enjoyed the company of others, as well as other like myself. Soon I was standing at the top of the staircase watching my guests arrive one by one and every so often in groups. I eventually made my way down to the large double doors and awaited my next guest to come knocking

Lucia putting a strand behind her ear, pulled out $10 from her clutch to pay for the Martini. She then sipped on it serenely licking her lips at the sweet taste.

'Okay, so plan Lucy. You need a plan.' She put her head in her hands tired from the plane flight. 'You'd think that werewolves would have a tolerance from flights these days. Ugh. I need a place to sleep.' She stood finishing off her Martini and sauntered off towards the door of the bar.

Kayla walked into the bar, taking off her helmet from her motorcycle. She accidently bumped into a blond girl leaving. "Sorry. Wasn't looking," she nodded to her, her normally milk brown eyes involuntarily flashing amber, the color of her wolf eyes. She could smell something different on this girl but turned her back from it, not wanting to start a fight with a Pack wolf. She sat at the bar, ordering a Coke with a shot of Vodka, her usual. She snuck a glance over her shoulder, seeing if the she-wolf had fled the building. Or if she decided she could take on Kayla in what may be a Pack territory.

Malkavian was walking out of the double doors leading into the airport. He had just arrived from spain into norther scotland. Carrying his backback He walked to a black mustang gt that was left for him. Opening the door and getting in he sat there wondering on the coming events, and how he should plan accordingly. Driving to a nearby hotel he placed it in park as he got out handing the keys to a chauffeur. Taking his backpack he proceeded inside. Getting his room smiling at the lady upfront she handed him the keys, then he walked to the elevator getting in. Once upstairs he found his room throwing his backpack on the floor he walked to the windows opening the blids. As he looked out at the city he saw a mansion in the distance. He thought to himself " So this is where the gathering of vampires will be...hope that info was right. " he said as he looked at the roads.

Turning to glance at the girl, she was stunned momentarily by the familiar wolf smell. Seeing her eyes flash Amber, she sharpened hers. "Yea, it's fine.." she said momentarily stunned. 'Maybe... just maybe she knows something..' she started to turn closer to the bar.

Grabbing her clutch and putting it in her leather jacket she walks up and sits back down in her seat from before. "Whiskey on the rocks." She nodded the guy behind the bar who flashed her a quick smile.

' This is gonna be a long ass night...'

-----

John checked his watch, 'nearly 9... they should be here soon.' He leaned back against his truck and slid his hand on the hunters knife in his pocket.

Kayla growled inwardly, hoping she didn't just catch the eye of an vengeful Pack wolf. She took her drink, smiling politely to the man. She took a sip, the alcohol warming her. She would occasionally shoot a look to the female discreetly. "Nice jacket," she mumbled, keeping her eyes on her hands. The smell was getting to her. Not a Pack? Loner maybe? Hopefully not one looking for trouble. What if its one of those Cannibals? Nah, she'd be going ballistic. Maybe she just thinks you're a Pack wolf and is showing respect. Kayla shook her head, silencing her head before she went mad.

Malkavian put up his stuff then proceeded to go outside. As he walked on the side walk flashes of memories passed through his mind of when he lived with his pack. He wondered how they were doing back there. Malkavian looked up at the sky as hr passed a few stores, clubs and bars. Smelling the city air he senced for any being that was not human.

Angel: She pulled her lips away from the man's neck, his warm blood dripping from her lips. She had gotten a bit sloppy with this one. She pushed his lifeless corpse off of her lap. It landed backside and as face stared up at the starry sky his dead eyes still struck with shock and fear. It had been almost too easy, nearly boring in fact killing this one she thought. She stood up from the grassy ground and wiped the excess blood from her lips. She stood there a moment admiring her 'art', her pale naked body nearly glowing in the moon's light. She giggled to herself, then picked up her dress from the ground and proceeded to put it back on. Quickly once she was dressed again she left the alley leaving her victim behind. She was bored now, and needed something 'fun' to do.

Malkavian was walking when he caught a scent of fresh blood tilting his head In the scents direction. He grew curious as he got nearer, and excellerated his heart beat incasr he needed the speed. Looking around he smelled again trying to pin point its location.

Richard Yale Bernstein II

▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀

Richard was sitting comfortably in the back of the black Bentley reading his book. The scenes of the world from the tinted glass around him did not catch his eye. His only focus but from the old book before him. 'Fair is foul, and foul is fair...' the words that rung in his head, a small smirk rising from his face. "Who would guess such a witches prophecy would ring so true in this world today." he murmured. The driver spoke out "I'm sorry sir?" at which Richard simply nodded back "Never mind...how soon till we arrive?" as he closed the book to look upon the road ahead. "Nearly there sir, about another ten to fifteen minutes so long as the road is clear." Richard relaxed back to the seat "Very good." as his hand rested upon the cover of the book. His thoughts wandered as he recalled the origins of the worn out pile of papers. The memory of his first gift from his master, tightly bound he could still recall the fresh smell of the pages when it was first opened. "Enjoy it my new found son, let it teach you what fate the world we reside in and the desires of all men's hearts." his master's words still as vibrant and strong as ever. The car shook breaking him from his nostalgia. Richard pulled out his leather case, the metal hinges snapping as he lifted the lid. Placing the book gently within the suitcase Richard took a deep breath "Soon father..." as the book faded in shadow.

Caleb walked down the long dark hallway. The Mansion was quiet, almost surreal. It was now night, the moon was up and stars shining meaning it was time to wake her. Once at the top floor of the mansion he came to a pair of large wooden doors and gave a gentle knock. "Enter" he heard a small voice say from behind the thick door. He opened the doors walking into a large royal looking room He walked over to the bed, a small, pale and fragile looking girl was lying there. She had long dark hair scattered across the pillows in ringlets with doe like eyes shining a slight crimson color. She could almost be mistaken for a life size doll. "I hope you slept well." He said to girl. She smiled, small fangs peeking from behind her lips. "There's a gathering going on that you might be interested in."

She nodded to her, her face with an inscrutable look. "Thank ya, sweetheart" she said with an unmistakable southern accent. She studied the wolf beauty openly, noting her features and scent. 'Lone wolf. Huh. I guess she won't be giving me much info.' She thought to herself. 'Maybe an ally then.'

"So where are ya from?" She asked curiously.

Malkavian neared thr spot, and walked into a nearby ally. He knew he needed higher ground thus he jumped latching onto the railing of the stairwell. Climbing upwerds he reached the top landing on the roof. As he reached the other end of the bulding he scaned the ally below him, then he saw it a body freshly killed. Scanning the rest of the area he looked for any sign the killer was near.

Dementia ran as fast as her legs could carry her, the wind pinning her hair against her head. She glanced quickly over her shoulder, and continued to sprint through the crowded streets. She was nearly there now: she could smell the salty ocean water. The end of the dock grew closer, and a loud horn signaled the ferry was leaving. She put on a final burst of speed, and the next thing she knew, she landed on the boat with a heavy thud. A crowd of humans gathered around her, asking her if she was okay.

Her short, fitted black dress was covered in blood, and the angle her left arm was bent at suggested it was broken. She stood up, shoved the humans out of the way, and walked away. Humans and injuries were the least of Dementia's problems at the moment.

Angel walked the streets taking a look at passersby, some of them also taking a look at her. None of them caught her eye however. She had just killed and it she wasn't quite in the mood to kill again at the moment. She was looking for something far more entertaining. What that could be she wasn't sure. It made her rather frustrated. She hated being bored. Looking in the distance she saw a large mansion completely lit up. "Well well, it's been awhile since I've been to a party." She said to herself, a wicked smile on her face.

The limousine pulled up to mansion where the gather that Caleb had spoke about was said to be. The driver exited the vehicle walking over to the back passenger door. Rose stepped out taking a look at the large building she could hear the bustle of people inside. "How lavish." She stated with a smile.

As he scanned the area he caught the scent of blood again only more distant. He smelled again and caught a wolfs scent. Its smelled like it came from the ocean, and he looked at the body. He thought to himself " it could wait " he then proceeded to run along the roof tops towerds the ocean. As he reached a pier the scent had led him to he heard the horn of a fairy. He knew if someone oh his kind was injured, and on that boat he needed to move quickly. Moveing as fast as he could running faster then any human. He quickly leaped from the pier onto the fairy as it took off. Landing with a loud thud he quickly gathered himself as people looked at him. He quickly went onto the upper level, and looked around.

Pedr:

As the lady Rose stepped from the car i followed suit right behind her. "I have never been to this place" i told her looking around at the walls and the manor in the distance. "do you happen to know who it is that lives here?" she knew far more then I did about the vampire world at large and compared to her i was relatively young. The lady Rose looked like a little girl, but she was nothing to laugh at, and if you did you would regret it.

Rose turned to her partner, he was tall man with a serious expression. "Yes, his name is Albin but he chooses to be called Perturabo." She said matter-of-factly. "He has held gatherings before, but recently they have gotten quite a following." Rose followed the goings on of the 'underground' vampire world closely. She needed to for her plans to work, and the time was coming to put those plans into action. This gathering would be the best place to start. She looked back to the mansion, "Come, let's not keep our host waiting." She walked to the mansion doors and knocked with her small fist.

Perturabo:

As i came to the door the bell rang and upon opening the door i knew who it was, Rose, a young girl turned vampire who was wise and cunning. "Welcome to my home" I said as i bowed my head down. the man standing with her looked slightly Russian, the way he stood gave it away. I hadnt seen him before this moment but if he was with rose he was either a brave man, or a fool.

"Around. I travel back and forth. You know, keeping out of the local's hair. Don't wanna stir up trouble," she hinted her status, nodding to the waiter for a refill. Kayla could feel the female's eyes on her and stiffened, looking down. She tried acting submissive in the obvious way, in case this was actually a Pack wolf that hadn't been around for awhile. This one lives around here. That accent has to be from here. "Anyways, I was only passing through."

She smiled. "Thank you Perturabo, I've heard so many wonderful things about your gatherings." She spoke sweetly even though she knew he was wary of her. She obviously wasn't the only one paying attention to workings of their world. "I finally decided I needed to see them myself, and I have to say I am not disappointed. This is my friend Pedr. He was kind enough to be my companion to this wondrous occasion" she said gesturing to Pedr, his serious face rather unchanging. "Thank you for hospitality" She curtsied, "Perhaps we will talk some more later on tonight, but for now." She then turned to Pedr "Come, let's leave him to great his other guests."

Angel finally came to the mansion, the place reeked of her kind. She sighed slightly out of frustration. This hadn't been the party she was hoping for. However it could be worth the trip. Despite that her appearance wasn't best suited for a formal occasion she walked up to the large door and rang the door bell anyway. She wasn't sure what this whole thing was about but perhaps she could find some way to get a kick out of it.
