So i tagged all but two people who i felt seemed more interested in trolling the interest thread than actually being interested. If i took this the wrong way, sorry, meant no harm. The RP is far from done and the sheet is VERY basic. To me, bleach is too easy to overcomplicate, so OOC is here to ask questions. If i have a question i will ask you to explain it, and if i dont like it, backlash and i will make you change it. So dont think that your character is set in stone.
Forwarning the intro post will be epic. It will set in place the setting, the town, the events and some other stuff i feel is nesscary. This will not be a "everyone is good rp" There will be different angles, and your character is free to go how you choose. Be warned though, depending how things turn out, how you develop your power and overall your interaction with others, your character may actually die. I'm not fond of killing PCs, but if it progresses story, or you act like a douche, it will happen.
With that being said, Have fun making a character and get creative!
Also this part is bold because you need to read this All shinigami, unless you PM me, will be human/shinigami hybrids. No this doesnt mean you are ichigo and have a hollow. This means for the sake of being a "new shinigami" you are going to have to be a human with shinigami powers. Quincies and hull bringers are already human, and Vasto Classe's hide to survive. That being said, anything and everything is subject to change as backlash or i see fit. We are still developing this.

So far im liking your character. LEts discuss a few things. Im curious about your thoughts behind your character. I can see him going two ways, maybe three. First is, Why not focus on him being a pure lycan? Being an avid Werewolf/vampire fan myself, i could see him being epic as a werewolf. He could have insane strength, moderate speed and decent healing factor. He'd ave the ability to jump large distances and claws make ferocious weapons. This rp is pretty free form so why not have his lycan ability actually be his shinigami power, and for your second release, do something that modifies him in some way?
Or two, go straight shinigami and control metal, though i think id prefer you to be magneto and use magnetic power because if you control metal a few things would be off limits. One is controlling other peoples zanpakutou, Quincy silver is non ferrous so magnetics dont effect them. You can get creative with magnetics plus in advanced form magnetics can let you fly, and also create heat and melt things.
Overall, im just curious why he has lycanthropy and metal control. I could see him being like captain komamura but then he would be full wolf all the time and would have to somehow hide his form from humans.
Second issue is his age. All players are going to be new found spirit warriors. you ahve enough experience to know your power and how to use it, but you're gonna be fairly novice as to why this all happened. This also plays into the first option of being full lycan. Since you would be a human, who turns beast. You can still be a shinigami, just remember this is a new generation of people so we are skewing how this logic works compared to canon.

Alright. If you want I could make him a full on lycan like komamura but he would be wearing the same clothing just so he is showing his snout so it looks really fricken cool. xD . Or could I make his 2nd Shinigami power something like him going berserk?

What are the limits of magneto's powers anyways, to be honest on paper it sounds like he can just explode anyone's body due to their blood have iron in it.

I think your character would be much more unique as a full Lycan. Just remember that if he has a someone outward appearance of an animal, some humans will fear him and the government may try to kill/capture him which could play into story.
Because your character is a unique, that he has powers, but no actual blade, your first release would be going lycan. However, you can have features of one because i see that like a lack of power control. So if you wanted when he learns full control, he could regain his outward human appearance. For his second release, you could use metal, but refine it to be more specific. Shinigami seem to pull elements from no wear, so you could, for example, have a power like “Call of the Wolfpack” Basically make metal wolf minions that fight with/for you. Could be solid metal and this provides weaknesses and strengths. Weaknesses being they can be damaged by intense heat, and impaired by someone with magnetic power, strengths being anyone weaker than you, pretty much cant do crap against the clamping jaw of a steel wolf and they could come in varying sizes, shapes and even creatures. The exact details could be up to you. Also your age is fine, since youve been around about the time humans started getting murdered.

Normal bleach physics apply for magneto power. If a person is stronger than you, your power doesn’t do shit or lacks effectiveness, and other peoples swords are uncontrollable for god modding reasons. Other than that, you could use magneto powers to be gaara and control iron sand, large metal objects and even your own zanny without actually using your hands. Thinking byakuya but with electromagnetic control.

Character is coming together. First issue is your age. I think slots are filled for older shinigami. The new generation of shinigami are actually human. This is purely for sake of story. It doesnt nerf you any powers other than maybe some bankai control. These players are required to be about 180 years old or less. This goes in with the timeline. First and foremost, any new shinigami are human, and then soul reaper. Second, i like the idea of your powers, but before i give feedback to those, i need to discuss with backlash.

I'm not sure. Bount arcs were entirely filler episodes so im not entirely comfortable having them, we are stretching it pretty far just having fullbringers. Also sorry for missing your post yesterday.Genma said:

Oh and @Kaine and @backlash I ended the bio pretty vague because I know in your characters bio they knew each other. If you want to add anything to it I have no problems doing so. I left it vague just in case you guys had something planned or whatever :3

Fullbringer real power lies in the ability to manipulate the souls of their environment. Putting them at shinigami and arancar level albeit low tier most of the time.

First off, i dont remember you asking to make him a substitute shinigami. I see interesting way for this and would be more readily approve a unique character like this.
Second. Agreed, the video does scream cero. The sound, the form and the color, but its kind of confusing because in that fight he uses ichigos own fullbring and power against him so as to weather its a hollow power, or a power specifically stolen from ichigo is anyones guess. We've seen ichigo use cero many times. As for the second video, its all, full hollows, using hollow powers, not a fragment of a hollow power passed from mother to child. Ichigo was an extraordinary circumstance being the hollow that invaded his pure blood quincy mother, merged with the shinigami powers from his father who is also a royal house.
I guess the real issue comes from where i have issue with your sheet. So lemme take a step back and clarify. I see your power being a defensive type. Armor can be used offensively, but when you do from an arm, to full body, armor is suppose to protect you, and that's where i see issues with Cero because unless you are full offensive, i dont see cero really being of any use.
Another issue is like you said, if the soul of an item can be used, why not use multiple items? I see it as if you want cero, make an arrancar, if you want a fullbring, then do something original that makes it unique.

Take your time, make something unique and we will go from there, i doubt the rp is starting any time soon so take your time. we wont start without you.

Can he be a hybrid human shinigami that has never awakened full on to his shinigami power but instead uses fullbring like Kugo Ginjo I can have his would be shinigami powers merge with his fullbring?
