He has neck length pink hair that is curly at the ends and often styled messy as though he hadn't bothered in trying to do something with it. Sometimes he may wear a black headband with his bangs being the only thing not pulled back by the headband. His eyes are the same colored pink as his hair and are on the larger side, they hold a certain curiousity but also a mature glow in them.
He he has a small face and long lashes as well as a slender neck and waist. He's very pale though not quite sickly pale yet. He's not tall or heavy either and stands only at 4'3 and weighs 75 lbs in which he is very self conscious about both.
He likes wearing a long sleeved shirt and a pair of shorts, particularly the shirt being a lighter color than the shorts, however there are times when he will wear jeans but only if it's winter or really cold that day. He doesn't particularly mind what type of shoes he's wearing so long as the don't prohibit him from doing things he likes.
Personality:
Most the time he is very quiet and only speaks when spoken to, or if he finds it particularly necessary. Because of this he often has trouble in making many friends and may have only one or two that stick next to him. However he is very loyal to those two and would do just about anything for them whether it be good or bad he'll rarely question why.
When he thinks he's by himself however he turns into a completely different person. He'll often plug in his headphones and iPod and start lip singing and dancing around the room he's in. Because of this there are often embarrassing situations in which people find him as he'll do this is in bedrooms, bathrooms, and even kitchens. When this happens he'll usually turn very red in the face and might wait for the other person to say something before he does anything.
He he can be very nervous and jumpy, jumping at the slightest things such as a door closing or someone dropping something. This usually only happens when he is sleepy and he actually has insomnia and has basically given up on actually trying to go to sleep at night and will probably just stay up reading or drawing.

Mei grew up with both an abusive mother and father. He was often locked in small and dark spaces on,y being let out when his parents felt like it. Both of his parents drank a lot of alcohol and were often too high on drugs to tell if they were even in their own home.
The he would often be invited over to the neighbors house in which Mei would try hard to conceal his abilities from others. His parents however did no such thing and often abused him in front of others just because they thought it was fun and entertaining to watch.
Police were called several times but were often silent upon exiting the house. At one time Mei did go to school but only because his parents got tired of him being at the house all the time. He was often questioned about the bruises, and cuts that littered his body and was sent to the hospital several times for bone fractures, and the bone breaking in several places.
Eventually he ran away upon hearing about a place called Cane's home and their saying they were going to shelter supernaturals. He quickly packed all his belongings and left when he was sure his parents were asleep.

He is very good at doing household chores and finds them quite fun if he has music to listen to while he's doing them. Sometimes if he gets caught up in the moment he might start dancing while he suppose to be sweeping and might even start lip singing to which he hopes no one is there while he dies so.
He Enjoys painting/drawing/sketching/etc and while he'll say he's not good he's actually very talented. Sometimes if he finds himself alone he'll sit on a windowsill and draw a bit as it also helps him to think. Sometimes if he really likes someone he'll draw something for someone and then surprise them with it later.
He he really likes reading books, especially when the main protagonist builds character or discovers something new about them self they never knew they could do. He'll read romances from time to time but only if they're really good and there's some good drama in them.
He's extremely loyal to those he calls his friends and would do just about anything he could to help them. Because of this he might get himself into a bit of trouble and need someone else's help in getting out of it.
