Name: Biggie Smalls
Occupation(s): A crook, "Ventura" member. (gang). Highschool drop out.
Appearance: Biggie Smalls is a HUGE black, african american male. He stands 9'2" (similar in fashion to Tarkus from part one) and is INSANELY OVERWEIGHT (half a ton). He always wears blue overalls with work gloves and shoes. Outside of that, he has a crew cut and is generally clean shaven.
General Background: Biggie Smalls was a crook from the start. He used to dream of being a true, hardcore gangster. Event after event, he'd end up dropping out of highschool as soon as he could and met Jason Jaegermond at a party. He had finally became a member of the Ventura gang after that party, and was soon pierced by the bow and arrow from him.
Abilities: Biggie Smalls has VERY well off and adept Hamon that he has been using since birth. Outside of that, he has a Stand - though he doesn't use it as much at all. Outside of this, he has IMMENSE physical strength but is very lacking in speed.
Hamon Ability: "The Funk". Biggie turns on his radio, and can keep turning on the volume without breaking the speaker by using Hamon to ensure the speaker won't break. This can be INSANELY lethal, going up to even three hundred decibels without even a single disturbance in his boombox. This can bring people to deafness in seconds if they don't cuff there ears, and it can even cause blindness at closer ranges. At farther ranges, it causes intense nausea and still dizziness. Combined with his Stand, he can make the situation go from WORSE to WORSER.
Stand: Trick of The Light
Trick of The Light is a wearable Stand that has a texture similar to the Red Stone of Aja. It encompasses the user head to toe in a giant suit of armor (fitting for Biggie) which takes on a very shiny, yellow glare - like gold armor. Outside of acting as a defense, and a speed booster allowing him to run and walk like a regular person, Trick of the Light makes Biggie the equivalent of a Hamon MASTERMIND. His Hamon is reflected by light hundreds of times, making the Hamon insanely potent and to such a degree he could be comparable to even Tonpetty despite his general lack of Hamon knowledge and research and training. He can also choose to wear just parts of his Stand, instead of the full outfit.
