Hey, it's me, back from a hiatus from the site. So, the old Beyond Unto Infinite has died, so, I'm rebooting it!
Beyond Unto Infinite: End Times
The World: Xolvek
Xolvek is a massive planet, now, due to its closer proximity to the spiritual center of the Universe, gravity is the same as ours. The world is vast, full many amazing places and people. There are three main continents. Volar, the largest of the three, encompasses three-fourths the landmass of the planet. It extends in all directions, and has all matter of climates. It is home to the Drakoniks, and the Drakonik Empire, the largest Empire on the planet. The Empire is a vast, Imperial power that will stop at nothing to accomplish its goals. The second continent is Sagae, the main home of the Elves. It is the second largest continent, and is home to the Elven peoples. Across a small channel from Volar, there is the third main continent, Guimos. It is the home of Humans, Elves, and Dwarves. It is thin and long. the channel is thinnest next to the Even parts of Volar, which take up about a 1/10 of the largest continent. It is a world so close to war. The Elves and Drakoniks are tense, the Drakoniks angry about the Elves on Volar. The Elves want Volar for themselves. A single shot on Drakonik, or Sagae soil will set off a war.
The Races
Drakonik: Winged Dragon-like humanoids, standing 7-9 feet tall. Skin color depends on element. They live to about 10000 years. Consider themselves a master race along with the Draxirok. They are ultra-wise and intelligent, and strong magicians. They have been living across the planet for a long time, and speak of the Infinite, their home. They have an ultra-massive Empire, which wishes to get to the Infinite, as well as a neutral country, on Volar. They have the most advanced military. They have a hierarchy split up into Houses, with each House having differences.
Draxirok: Similar to Drakonik, but with glowing-see through skin. Lifespan unknown. Consider themselves gods. ( Special request only)
Elf: The fairest race, and the most rebellious. Split into elemental sub-races. They live 30-60 years. They are extremely agile. They are the main group involved in the rebellion. They are aligned with nature.
Human: Also involved in the rebellion, but mostly neutral.
Gnome/Dwarf: Live in mountains. They are neutral. Live 400-800 years.
Orc: A barbarian race, who fight anything. Live 20-50 years.
Tiorasan: Half Demons, Half- Faeries. The only demons not aligned with the Empire.
Faery: Neutral pixies.
The War
Tensions have been rising for years. Emperor Azor Tranmun Kirok Zkrayok the 79th of the Drakonik Empire has amassed Imperial troops along the border of the Elven part of Volar. In the border city of Phandios, The Infinite Prince Tuaruuz Vetor, heir to the Imperial throne is getting increasingly impatient of their father, the King of Drakor, resisting the orders of The Emperor to attack the Elven people. There is also an ongoing Rebellion of Elves inside the Kingdom. The Empire and the Elven Confederacy are getting more and more hostile, with Imperial raids targeting the Volar Elves unacceptable to the Sagae Elves. The Neutral Drakonik country, the Erudium's Chancellor getting more and more agitated with the Volar Elves, she has convinced the Neutral United Assembly to repeal its recognition of the Elves on Volar. With the Elven rebellion almost quashed, it seems impossible that the Empire will continue to ignore Sagae and Guimos. The Rebellion has suffered many losses now, and the Empire's only goal is destruction, with its peaceful voices being ignored. And something is being done by the sinister Order of The Infinite out in space...
