Please make sure to read through all the lore before starting on your character sheets! Questions and prompts for clarification on any topics related to the RP are more than welcome. I’d hate for anyone to have to rewrite parts of the sheet due to a minor error that clashes with the world’s setting.

For the time being, all players are limited to one character. I’ll consider opening up additional slots later on, but I think twelve characters is a good place to start. In addition, I’ll be capping the number of characters per race at two. In consideration of this, you’re free to stake your claim by posting a placeholder or WIP, but everyone (including those who post a completed sheet in one go) is required to tag me on Discord that their sheet is ready for review or I’ll assume it’s not finished. Returnees who post the same character as last time are guaranteed their spot for their chosen race.

Iscariot
Class / A-Rank
Squad / Alpha-6
Role / Leader

Personality
An egalitarian whose benevolence seemingly knows no bounds, his wisdom and experience is often the center point of his respect. To many who vaguely know of his history, Iscariot is the figure of altruism who goes out of his way to assist those who require it, often seen helping those who he can, regardless of his status as an A-rank agent of Arcarum and a former candidate for Special Grade. Though riddled with unconfirmed rumors in the past spread by the higher-ups, he rebuilt his reputation throughout the years, serving the Arcarum with honesty and superb performance, gaining the favor of the lower ranks under his ministration.

On the surface, Iscariot’s altruistic demeanor is painfully obvious. Many who had known him in the past, albeit vaguely due to his private nature, thought that behind his signature smile stood a man of countless agendas that were far from benevolent. However, this is false. Although it is the truth that Iscariot is a man of obsessive ambition with a canny understanding of the world, his compassion and hospitality are not fabricated under the guise of his goal, as Iscariot is not one to lie or deceive others.

Be that as it may, in reality, Freyhard Helsarvich is a Tenebria who values knowledge above all else, wanting nothing more than to forcefully change the course of the future through his discoveries and inventions. And in pursuit of his thirst for the truth behind the grand mysteries of the world, he does not shy away from sacrifices and betrayal for the sake of himself. Despite this, he maintains a strict code to not betray his allies, no matter how important the decision may be. Thus, he does not consider many to be his ally except for those who know of his past and capabilities, enabling him to potentially betray Arcarum’s interests and act on his own for the benefit of himself.

It must be known, however, that Iscariot is not malicious and is not inherently evil. He is even a capable father and mentor, who cares greatly for his favorite student, Alouette. This level of care and responsibility also extends to Mordere, whom he saved decades ago by chance. His complex character often confuses most, and rightfully so.

Withering Fulmination
Iscariot’s signature ability that he designed and mastered through his immense understanding of mana and its functionalities. As Iscariot summons various unlearned affinities alongside his base lightning, his lack of knowledge of those affinities result in an automatic cancellation effect and leaves behind a residue of mana in the form of ash, which is then combined with the base lightning to give it its black color. The visual changes aside, the lightning produced by Withering Fulmination offers Iscariot a greater degree of control and firepower, alongside several other debuff effects to its targets that would otherwise be impossible with normal lightning. The debuffs are usually the following: temporary interruption of the nerve system (stun), severe damaging of internal organs (stamina reduction), and interruption of any spells being cast.

Novalance
By condensing the creation of Withering Fulmination into a singular point for a set period of time, Iscariot can release the process and manifest hardened lightning, which he can then use to transform into whatever shape his imagination can offer him. From a spear to a sword, as long as mechanisms are not at play, Iscariot can create temporary lethal objects.

Extra Trivia: “Novalance” is a word from the ancient language of Tenebria that means “Manifest”.
Extinguished Star
Iscariot’s ultimate one-hit kill technique that requires precision and time for it to be prepared. Similar to the steps required to use ‘Novalance’, Iscariot manifests a physical magic circle underneath his target, and charges [Withering Fulmination] to its highest degree possible, unleashing it in one go to guarantee disintegration. [Extinguished Star] has 3 different levels.

Level 1 requires a total of 3 seconds to charge to be effective against most organic targets. Depending on the toughness of the beast, [Extinguished Star] will burn its flesh to a crisp, and apply all negative debuffs onto the target, rendering it immobile.

Level 2 requires 6 seconds to charge to have a full effect. This level is unique, as instead of disintegrating the victim, it instead binds them in chains of lightning, painfully burning them by the seconds the longer it remains. It has a severe weakness, however, as Iscariot is immobile during the process and cannot cast other magic to defend himself against other targets.

Level 3 requires 60 seconds to charge and is the final level of [Extinguished Star]. Visually it is similar to level 1, but with larger shock and chaos, engulfing the land around the target with flames as a result of the ability. Thanks to Iscariot’s supreme mana control, casting level 3 of [Extinguished Star] does not drain stamina or a large chunk of his mana pool. However, due to the sheer amount of mana that is required to be condensed in a singular point, it comes with a rather serious drawback. He is temporarily unable to cast [Withering Fulmination] and its child abilities for roughly 3-5 minutes, but is still able to use other types of magic not related to [Withering Fulmination]. Iscariot often only uses level 3 in the direst of situations.
Immense Strength
Iscariot’s masterful control over his mana grants him the ability to enhance his strength and increase the firmness of his grip for combat purposes. Although his base strength is rather low, once imbued with mana, he is capable of crushing a rock. However, this technique does yield a rather unfavorable weakness as hardening the surface of his hands prevents him from using other magic, such as [Withering Fulmination] and every other ability that is born from his signature power.
Historical Biography
“Envy is one powerful apparatus of the mind.” Freyhard Helsarvich muttered to himself, the newspaper crumbling within his palms. To the Tenebria, the day he was truly born was when he tasted the power of envy, the overwhelming state of jealousy that had made him nearly go mad—if only it wasn’t for the natural calm composure that held him back from pure self-destruction of the mind.

Freyhard, from the day he could mumble his first words under the care of his mother, lived a life of a predestined future built by his ambitious parents, isolating his childhood to a library and social institutions. Barred from the joys of life, Freyhard complained not once about his rather monotonous development. Truthfully, his parents had struck gold, as their only child would find joy and interest in the theories of their ancestors, constantly questioning the origin of the scripts written in the centuries-old books. He had preferred to live his adolescent life devoid of the joys of being an energetic child. To Freyhard, his innate desire to understand the provenance of everything held the highest priority. Whether it be the history of the Tenebrian supremacy over Sinoa or the rather innocent origin of cooking, his obsession only grew as time went on, until he had reached a point of hysteria.

The residents of Sinoa have been gifted with magic since time immemorial. The development of civilization and culture was directly influenced by the ever-evolving magic, using mana as a catalyst for its activation to spawn something fantastical into existence. It was only natural that Freyhard, who desired nothing more than to understand the core concept of mana and its properties, researched magic and mana during his young adult years while educating a group of students from the same academy that the Witch Selene once attended. His obsession would often leak to his students, some labeling his tangents as inspiration for their success, while some argued against his strange addiction to the topic.

However, if he had known what would happen after several years of research, perhaps Freyhard wouldn’t be the man he is today.

The renowned professor experienced frustrations. For the first time in his life, his innate benevolence transformed into brief confusion. For years he had believed himself to be a prodigy, often told by his peers that he was one of a kind, but for what reason? Despite his countless decades of research and traveling the world for wisdom and knowledge, he could not reach the answer to a rather simple problem. The very basis of mana and the reactions that cause it to become what it is commanded to become. A tool of the gods, he would often call magic, as if one were to truly master it, they would reach not only godhood but may even rule the world and build it in their image.

Freyhard’s rising insanity would come to a halt, however, when he met the two students that would forever change the course of his life. Their names were Maeve Ruaidhrí, an excellent student from the last class he would ever teach, and the now infamous witch, Selene, who would later walk the path of destruction by unleashing the cataclysms that claimed the lives of thousands.

Maeve was a student like no other. Her burning passion to manipulate the force of time was similar to Freyhard’s desire to comprehend the core of magic. Though their methods differed, the challenge itself was enough to excite the dull Freyhard. And often, after the class session was over, the two would debate about a variety of topics, whether it be politics or magic, or even something as trivial as sports.

Selene, on the other hand, was an odd individual with a complex character. Her idiosyncrasies differed from most he had the honor of educating. But her personality mattered not to the young professor. Unlike Maeve, he saw something different in her eyes and words. Almost as if he could see greatness within her. A prodigy in her own right, it didn’t later surprise Freyhard when he had learned of her legendary status as the most powerful witch of Sinoa, shortly before she descended to the enigmatic plains of the Void Lands.

Following the sequence of events caused by the Witch, the rifts opened and the First Cataclysm took place. Unbeknownst to him and everyone else in Sinoa, different dimensions existed beyond the fabrics of reality, tearing open only when the rifts demanded it, revealing another world. When Günter Reinbach shook Sinoa with knowledge belonging to the other world, Freyhard once again felt an overwhelming sense of envy, especially after learning of Earth’s levels of understanding of their world.

Certainly, it wasn’t as complex as magic. But nonetheless brought despair and jealousy to the professor. He had tasted envy and greed was born. Then he decided, after traveling through Sinoa one last time with Maeve in an effort to strengthen his capabilities and gather a group of individuals sharing his interest, he managed to find and rescue the helpless Asterid who would later be known as Mordere, indirectly influencing her to aid in his endeavors.

Shortly after he became a member of Arcarum, he was one of the first to obtain the A-rank status and remain his rank for a significant period of time. As of currently, he leads a prominent squad, Alpha-6, that was formed 2 decades prior to the current year.
Relationships
Scáthach: MAEVE RUAIDHRÍ
A former student to a respected colleague and friend, Scáthach is the only one Iscariot can truly respect for her unrivaled determination and grit. She is an ally of his greatest interest, often seen discussing theories involving magic and its laws, losing himself in the passion ever so often. Their long-lasting rivalry regarding how the system of fate works is undoubtedly their strongest connection, Iscariot believing that the future is written by some kind of an otherworldly entity that exists beyond the plain of existence, while Scáthach believes otherwise, stating that one’s fate is to be decided by the individual. Regardless of their insipid topics, the two are genuinely good allies, trusting one another’s judgment.
01
Alouette: IVELISSE RUAIDHRÍ
Iscariot’s fatherly treatment of Alouette does not stem from Scáthach’s lack of parental guidance, but rather, because he genuinely treats her like so, tricking himself to believe that he is the rightful father of the young Anima. While many could assume that his involvement in her growth could potentially be seen as blatant manipulation of the evolving character, in truth, Iscariot prefers to leave personal judgment to the Anima, without causing substantial disturbance to her growth. He truly wishes for Alouette to become her person, enough to later argue against his theories, which as of this moment she is unable because of her lack of self-confidence. To the Tenebria, Alouette’s venture and growth are his only wish, desiring to watch her become someone more than just an artificial lifeform, but instead a respectable person radiating dignity.
02
Mordere: ERIS XIONG
One could say that Iscariot treats Mordere the same as Alouette, but with a different approach. Iscariot provides the Asterid with reverence, recognition of her strength, and to some extent, genuine adoration. Iscariot knows of her inner conflicts much too well, but prefers not to take advantage of it, despite knowing that her vulnerability is her greatest weakness. Regardless, Mordere rests in the middle between Alouette and Scáthach for the former professor. A friend who he cares for like a troubled daughter, but treats like a comrade more than anything else. His wish is simple. Iscariot wants her to become stronger, both in mind and body, and overcome the inner conflicts that rage in her mind. In silence, he has expectations. Perhaps higher than Alouette. While he desires for Alouette to become her own person, Iscariot silently wishes for Mordere to become an extension of his will, succeeding him if anything were to happen in the distant future that awaits Alpha-6.

Scathach
Class / A-Rank
Squad / Alpha-6
Role / Ranged Support

Personality
Whimsical, eccentric, dazzling, gifted, inventive, brilliant. All of these things describe the one-of-a-kind prodigy known as Scathach, or Maeve, to those who know her personally.

Her interactions with others are filled with a unique blend of whimsy, constant management of her work-in-progress golems, and usually result in her roping whoever has seen fit to visit her into providing her assistance in one form or another, which may be less than desirable depending on the individual involved - and what she perceives them as capable of achieving - but beneath all of the whimsy and the frantic nature of her work environment, lay a genuinely bright spark of intelligence. Befitting of a woman of her achievements, it rarely comes out in any form other than the physical evidence of her work, while also making her deceptively aware of those around her and who they are as people, behaviors become patterns, patterns become the basis of her actions.

Maeve is an incredibly driven woman, having single-handedly torn her way out of the lowest social rung of Rocheste, her drive and intellect driving her to create many wonderful things, even bringing her to achieve the creation of an Anima, a feat rarely seen. Her intense drive for invention and ambition is merely a manifestation of an almost innate lust for knowledge, for as long as she can truly say, she has desired to learn more and more about the world, leading her to seek understanding in every field of magic feasible for her to manipulate. Hours spent pouring over the tomes in the forbidden reaches of Rocheste, all serving her fervent desire to know all, to unlock the mysteries of the world. Other than that, she's relatively kind, she does not seek to cause undue suffering, nor undertake any acts perceivable as malicious unless just cause is given, once she has set herself to something, it's difficult to convince her to diverge from what she considers to be the most optimal course of action.

She considers very little as being worth an interruption in that desire to understand all, which may carry the consequence of her carrying out some unsavory acts in the future, but as she is now, she is an incredibly competent engineer content to work underneath Arcarum while pursuing her own agenda alongside the rest of her team, undeterred by any rumors around them. She is a loyal friend and ally, but a difficult woman to approach indeed, for she doesn't express emotions in quite the same way as others do, and she's seemingly always keeping herself in a state of upbeat optimism, almost incapable of feeling distress.

Cóiste Bodhar
By far the most recognizable golem that has been created by Maeve, aside from Ivelisse. Cóiste Bodhar is a custom muscle car with all of its components more or less built from the ground up to allow for heavy fairyscripting at every level of the vehicle's construction. This is primarily represented in the vehicle's raw power, with its engine heavily enhanced to have far more efficiency, power, and durability than any mundane engine, it runs off of a mixture of environmental mana and more traditional fuels in order to provide the most efficient and consistent performance possible, additionally, Cóiste Bodhar has had its suspension, wheels, brakes, chassis, all of it, heavily reinforced with fairyscripting in order to make the vehicle combat-capable and able to withstand most trauma and damage that may be thrown it's way. It also comes with an integrated set of five magical screens, each linked to an Aos Sí, providing mobile but consistent vision on the battlefield. It also has a trailer with similar durability enhancements that is usually used to carry the golem she calls “Aibell”, as it is far too large to actually fit into the Cóiste Bodhar, Aos Sí. As a final note, Cóiste Bodhar is fully capable of autonomous driving thanks to the advanced fairyscripting for that aspect of its “intelligence.”

Aos Sí
The Aos Sí area quintet of five small hexapod golems constructed from metal - steel - with intentionally boring design, merely composed of a body with the legs attached, a magical thruster with a limited fuel source, and a “camera” which relays information back to Cóiste Bodhar. They use their thrusters in order to spread out through a battlefield and provide several different points of view back to Cóiste Bodhar, but once they’re set up they have very little mobility and durability.
Remotely Operated Weapons Platform - Aibell
By far the most direct manifestation of Maeve’s presence in an active battlefield, it is a quadrupedal golem also constructed out of sturdy metal in order to provide the greatest resistance against any sort of abuse that may be thrown its way, it has two sections to its body, its legs which are connected to its “torso”, a sturdy cube which houses its core, with three ports that allow it to connect to specially designed interfaces, one on the top of its head, and one on its right and left sides respectively. The top one functions as the interface for the fifth Aos Sí, where it provides a sort of point-of-view control for the golem. The other two are interfaces for weaponry, of which Maeve has a collection of several different compatible items, while some more specialized versions exist, the two primary ones that she employs are an arcane cannon, intended for brute force and durable targets and a fairyscripted rapid-fire gun, meant for more precise operations and for more mundane targets. The exact elemental affinity of these weapons is variable as she tries to keep several nearly identical copies, the only difference being which element they are attuned to, though for the fairyscripted firearm she can somewhat circumvent the need for several identical copies by swapping the ammunition in play as the primariy elemental component.
Fairyscripted Jewelry
Maeve being a fae, lacks the raw strength or durability of many of the other races, so in order to cope with this in the event that she comes under attack on the field, she has several pieces of jewelery that she keeps on her person at all times, two rings dedicated to projecting a sort of shields round her, two dedicated to making her body more durable, one dedicated to casting a sonic attack meant to repel anyone it hits, her earrings providing her enhanced strength for a limited time. While there are potentially more, these are the ones she keeps on herself at all times.
Historical Biography
The Ruaidhrí were a family hailing from one of the poorer regions of Rocheste, out on its border with the rest of the world where they operated a tavern for travelers heading to-and-fro the capital of Yuele, while it was far from the most prestigious tavern, it still had quite a semi-consistent stream of drifters and travelers, which would sometimes opt to share stories of their travels with the young Maeve. While inconsequential to these innumerable travelers, it was immensely impactful on a young Maeve, with the tales instilling a deep, insatiable curiosity in her about the world, leading her down the road of consuming any and all stories - and knowledge in general - that she could get her hands on, though her parents rather meager incomes only allowing for the occasional book, it would be enough for her to have the requisite knowledge and passion to attract the attention of some patrons within Yuele. Provided she could get there.

During a trip to Yuele, Maeve would take her opportunity to present herself to the wider academic world, the relatively young Maeve snuck away from her parents and snuck herself into one of the more prestigious academic conventions within the city at the time and aimed to give her own presentation, or what she thought would be one, anyway. It mattered not in the end, as she’d end up being caught before she could actually go through with her rather ambitious plan, but it did catch the attention of one of the higher-ups at the convention, who noted the girls ingenuity in infiltrating the place in the first place, and assembling her own “thesis” on basic fairyscript. He decided, with the consent of her parents and herself, to take her under his wing and give her a more formal education.

She’d quickly take to the education, eagerly devouring every book thrown her way and rapidly proving the higher up to have good judgement in taking her under his wing, she’d spend hours upon hours simply reading everything that she could get ahold of, stories, academic texts, everything in-between, she especially took to more advanced fairyscripting, rapidly becoming one of the best fairyscripters in her age-range, with no sign of actually slowing down. Soon enough, she was ready to enroll in a proper academy at Yuele, afforded to her thanks to her Patron.

After some time enrolled at the University of Pharos, Maeve was in a position where she could embark on a formal excursion from Rocheste, to acquire new knowledge and hopefully bring back something that hadn’t been quite known to the royal library beneath Yuele.

Her destination of choice? Grisea, specifically, the Labyrinth of Abraxos, as she had developed an insatiable fascination with the ancients of Lumenstrade, so in a bold and ambitious move she would opt to partake in the Grisean tradition of challenging its outer limits, armed with several golems and quite a long times worth of supplies, she set forth into the labyrinth and would get surprisingly far in her excursion, with her opting to turn back once she had noted several peculiarities, the unusual draining of her energy, difficulty telling time or even determining her own hunger. Unfortunately, she didn’t return with any significant artifacts either.

Needless to say, this only provided fuel to the fire that was Maeve’s insatiable lust for the secrets of the world, something she’d bring back with her on her return trip to Rocheste, where she’d submit her report and findings on her delving into the Labyrinth of Abraxos, which would net her some academic accreditation, but it wouldn’t be particularly enough to get her access to the inner sanctums of the Library quite yet. Instead, the most fascinating thing she’d encounter upon her return to Rocheste was a woman named Selene.

A haughty, arrogant woman, unable to take any criticism of her theories, but nonetheless totally brilliant, truly excelling in her witchcraft, The two had a passing academic relationship, Maeve studied in particular, Golemcraft and the then theoretical “Space-Time Magic”, the former out of necessity and the barest of passion, the latter out of her ambition to be the first to truly discover and harness an entirely new form of Magical theory. Selene had an interest in such things, and thus, the two would occasionally swap notes and butt heads over opinions on theories, nonetheless, Selene left a positive impression on Maeve when she departed for the Void Lands.

Around this time, she’d also encounter someone truly of note, Freyhard Helsarvich, whom she’d briefly study under upon her return to Rocheste. She’d gain respect for him as a teacher, of course, but more than anything, she deeply enjoyed challenging his theories on things, in which he would do the same in return, providing valuable insight and criticism into the academics the two so focused themselves with.

Eventually, she’d improve her fairyscripting and golem crafting skills to a point that she believed herself fit to take on the task of creating an Anima, which would not only be a handy assistant, but a living proof of her raw ability, she reasoned. So, she set forth on a multi-decade long process of neverending fairyscripting, meticulously noting down and recording every step of the process she took in order to create the one she would eventually name “Ivelisse”, with help in acquiring the core of arcanium ore that would become Ivelisse from that old Patron of hers, something she’d be grateful for.

It was around this time that she became aware of the impending culmination of the latest rift-cycle, and sensing her opportunity for now or never she’d submit copies of all of her recordings on the production of Ivelisse to the Royal Library, she had a year left to go on the process but the vast majority of the work had already been completed. So, she was granted access to several of the more inner sanctums in return, and once she had been granted access she didn’t leave for a week with how many of the books she read, trying to memorize all of their contents before her impending trip to earth, uncovering some rather uniquely interesting pieces of information.

She’d finalize her plans and say goodbye to those among her closer academic circles at Pharos, as she would join up with her comrades Iscariot and Mordere, with the core of the then nearly-completed Ivelisse, as the three prepared to embark to Earth with the culmination of the current rift cycle. Upon being transported to the entirely new world, she’d confirm the mutual goals she and her comrades had before joining Arcarum alongside them, completing Ivelisse shortly after acquiring a workshop in order to engage in her myriad projects. Ivelisse was sent to be primarily parented by Iscariot, seeing as Maeve lacked the necessary maternal abilities - and time - to properly provide care for a child beyond their education.

She’d swiftly rise to be one of the more potent engineers within Arcarums ranks, achieving the fairly prestigious A-rank designation, where she remains to the modern day, not participating in much during her twelve years apart of its ranks outside of providing her fairyscripting - and knowledge in general - talents to the organization and creating a fair bit of their more unique and specialized pieces of equipment, equipment that is worth the extra cost compared to Magitech.

Relationships
iSCARIOT: FREYHARD HELSARVICH
A man who briefly contributed to her education, and one that she’s come swiftly to see as an equal in all things intellectual, with Maeve being willing to put her complete and utter trust in the man, even if they have a disagreement regarding the true function of fate and its machinations, it ultimately strengthens their relationship. There are few others in the world that gain the same level of respect and trust from Maeve as Iscariot.
01
Alouette: IVELISSE RUAIDHRÍ
Maeve created Ivelisse, and as such, feels a certain degree of affection for her, even if it’s in more of a “I created something truly wonderful” way rather than the maternal aspect one might come to expect. Maeve is unfortunately somewhat lacking in that regards, which is why she opted to leave that aspect of her development in the hands of her trusted colleague, Iscariot. That being said, Ivelisse is the only one that Maeve trusts without a second thought whatsoever, even with Iscariot, there’s a small amount of room for doubt on if it should be said or not at times, but Ivelisse by her nature as an Anima is exempt from such worries, after all, she’s meant to be the ultimate assistant for Maeve. Of course, any excessive harm that comes to Ivelisse would be rather irritating if not infuriating for Maeve.Seeing as she’s her magnum opus in many ways.
02
Mordere: ERIS XIONG
Maeve and Mordere aren’t particularly close, with most of their interactions consisting of the former essentially tutoring the latter in the science and mechanics of fairyscripting, their interactions are fairy rare otherwise but occasionally Maeve makes use of the extraordinary durability provided by Mordere to test some of her more potent weapons and golems, or even her strength to test the durability of anything Maeve creates. Even if they aren’t close, the two are still allies on the same team, and she is warm in her own unique and eclectic way.

Personality
Ivelisse—otherwise known as Alouette—is a docile young anima who takes after her creator, Scathach, in her ever-expanding desire to learn about the ins and outs of the world, albeit on a much lesser scale than the red-headed fae. Despite having knowledge implanted within her prior to her nascency, Ivelisse lacked the wisdom to understand concepts that were not objective or calculable, which caused her to become curious and oblivious to a fault regarding social matters. Over the years, she has been able to learn most of Sinoa's social customs and etiquette, but due to the arbitrary reasoning behind such practices, she has also become rather gullible. Ivelisse will take just about anything to heart, whether jokingly, sarcastically, or in an attempt to manipulate her for one's benefit, if not given evidence to refute the claim.

Her naïvety comes across as that of a child who has still yet to learn about how the world functions, although her computational and analytical skills are exemplary if she knows what she is required to do or understand. Ivelisse continues to have trouble deciphering complex emotions and social cues and contexts, and thus maintains a placid disposition around others. For proper occasions such as formal events, she may replicate a smile or frown or whatever the situation calls for, although it is difficult for her to genuinely express certain emotions (e.g., anger, fear, embarrassment). Others she is faintly familiar with (e.g., jealousy in regards to her close circle, disappointment in herself, happiness, sadness, guilt).

Pack-a-Punch
With the use of the fairy script command Morph, Alouette’s polearm weapon can switch between a hammer, a scythe, and a glaive, each of which can perform a hefty blow on targets within its area of reach. These weapons are quite heavy for a petite anima such as herself, so the energy required to swing the polearm causes a slight delay in its movement.
Haptic Lucence
Alouette is able to convert light energy from her core into hard light, to which she can manipulate into any tangible object she wishes to use. This ability has been inspired by Iscariot’s [Withering Fulmination], a technique he has demonstrated before to Alouette. Only one object may be summoned at a time, although the object may change in form according to her will. More often than not, she uses the hard light as a shield when in need of defense.
Permutation
To a certain extent, Alouette is able to alter the shape of her body in its hardened state. She is unable to completely stretch or compress her body like gum, but she is able to wrap parts of her body around an object and relocate slabs or joints of her body as if they were cybernetic parts.
Historical Biography
In 2036, one year following the Fourth Cataclysm in 2035, the anima was brought to life by a talented philomath fae who went by the name of Maeve Ruaidhrí, formally known as Scáthach. She had been molded into a human from polymer clays, earth sediments, and an arcanium ore of light sealed within a lantern of tempered glass by the young researcher-scholar, who had feared that the ore could shatter otherwise from heat, pressure, or heavy impact, and had spent many of her hours searching for an ore of such pure quality. As her form was yet to harden, the fae implanted all the knowledge she could remember into her body, with various sorts of information she believed to be essential to facilitate her research with time-space magic—the very concept of time and space, solar systems, quantum physics, and the like—but also included basic information that would be useful to her functionality, such as combat knowledge, names, object permanence, and an innate urge to follow her creator lest she gets lost in the streets in the middle of nowhere.

The time had come for the anima to rise to consciousness, but when she opened her lids, she had been greeted with not one, but two, figures standing before her. It seemed the fae wanted to introduce her newest creation, who she would name Ivelisse, to her professor. Unbeknownst to the anima, she would get to know and be acquainted with him for a long time coming within the near future.

After Scáthach had set her spare time aside to create the anima, a majority of it had returned to her studies, with which she could test Ivelisse and have her prove her capabilities by assisting the fae as a research apprentice. As expected, Ivelisse had passed her personal series of tests with flying colors, and from thereon continued to be her direct subject while being taken care of by Professor Helsarvich from time to time. However, when it came to social functions, Ivelisse was severely lacking, which was to be expected for an anima that had no experience with interacting with other life forms. Because of this, the professor had volunteered to tutor her and evaluate her strengths and weaknesses: social, physical, mental, and tactical. It could be that he saw potential in her from her desire to learn, which may have drawn a parallel to his younger self.

Within a year, Ivelisse's combative prowess had improved drastically, and she had been encouraged by the professor to join Arcarum as a field operator and fight alongside her creator. Seeing no reason to decline the offer, she obliged, and would soon be introduced to Mordere, who had already been a member of their squad. Five years after joining Arcarum, Ivelisse was able to become a B-Rank agent, and five years after that, she was promoted to A-rank, thanks to the help of her mentors and her ability to absorb knowledge quickly and efficiently.

Relationships
Scáthach: MAEVE RUAIDHRÍ
As Alouette's creator, Scáthach is given her utmost respect and attention. She bends to Scáthach's will, metaphorically and physically if need be, and is faithfully loyal to her despite Iscariot's constant doting on the little anima. Whether in the labs or libraries or out to go shopping, Alouette follows Scáthach with an appropriate degree of privacy unless dismissed, remaining ever vigilant for signs of danger, much like a well-behaved dog. Because Scáthach lacks parental skills, their relationship goes more like how a mother would treat her daughter as a best friend, or like how a soccer mom who would cheer on their child and boast about their skills. After all, most of her knowledge comes from what Scáthach already knows, Scáthach just observes how she applies that knowledge to the real world. With this knowledge, Alouette also shares some cognitive processes with the exception of memory and perception. In moments where Scáthach is alone with her and in great distress, Alouette feels ashamed of herself for not being able to understand where her troubles come from and how to relieve them. The best she can do to help is provide logical reasoning, as her attempts at emotional consolation are very poor.
01
Iscariot: FREYHARD HELSARVICH
Alouette sees Iscariot first as her tutor and a paternal figure before she sees him as a Tenebria and a scholar. Where Scáthach lacks parental skills, Iscariot is there to cover for her, making sure to express his care and openly display his nurturing side to Alouette. Whether or not it was Iscariot's intention, Alouette has picked up on his caring habits, physical and verbal, although she is still quite confused as to what situations call for such responses. Alouette attempts to mimic these responses, such as head pats or clasping hands and looking into one's eyes, but more often than not, they are poorly timed and therefore may be interpreted as condescending or awkward, despite having good intentions. Regarding subjects that do not require feeling or intuition, she is a quick learner, one whose learning could mirror Scáthach's with how she demonstrates her understanding. She attributes her intellect to both the efforts Iscariot and Scáthach, although she still has some ways to go.
02
Mordere: CELOSIA HOLZHAUER
Mordere is the one who Alouette is least familiar with out of the group, but she treats her like family nonetheless and is no less fond of her than she is of Scáthach and Iscariot. Alouette has no idea how or why Mordere became so protective of her—perhaps it was due to witnessing how Scáthach and Iscariot treated her, or the fact that she is Scáthach's most prized possession—but she appreciates the sentiment and does her best to fully return it. Whenever Scáthach and Iscariot are busy, Alouette turns to Modere to assist her, or simply to hang out with her and observe her. Alouette sees Mordere as a young aunt with her limited understanding of kinship, and aspires to be like her in terms of her stoic personality and strength.

Personality
A level-headed, well-spoken noblewoman with a curious nature. She is contemplative, often becoming lost in thought when a question is posited to her. Having been raised as a humble sort, it’s rare that she openly acknowledges her strengths, leading her to be hard on herself more often than not. She’s always keeping a healthy amount of skepticism about her, but she still tries to be as gracious to others as possible, and doesn’t pick fights she feels she can’t win.

She is incredibly loyal to those she owes favors to, often to her detriment; she doesn’t want to express any opinion that may seem conflicting for fear of losing their trust, nor does she want to seem defiant or mutinous. She treats her squad as the most important people in her life—even more so than her own family—to the point where she will abandon her composure and become hostile towards anyone who threatens them.

Quick as a Hare
Asterids are known for their physicality in combat, their lack of magic requiring them to be refined in their bodies. Mordere in particular prefers to take down enemies quickly while avoiding danger as much as she can, and so decided to focus especially on training her agility in order to dispatch enemies fast and get away from them faster.
Hunter's Blades
Playing to her swift movement and preference for close-range combat, Mordere wields a pair of shortswords that her father gifted her. Effective as they are at holding off and taking out multiple enemies with speed, they aren't so great at taking out bigger, tougher enemies.
Pellis
Mordere's Bloodline Ability allows her to make up for a less-than-perfect defense; she can manipulate her blood and make it harden into a "skin" that is harder to tear into.

Belua
Should she choose, this ability can be taken further. Mordere's mana-rich blood coalesces into a jagged, beastlike armor, giving her greatly increased defense in exchange for greatly reduced speed. What's more, Mordere loses the use of her weapons in this mode, trading the swiftness that she had with her shortswords for much stronger, much more devastating attacks that make full use of the hardy body of an Asterid.
Historical Biography
Rocheste is the hub for knowledge, the place where all searches for information end. And in this land of near-endless learning, the Holzhauer family has a particularly interesting tradition: when the eldest of the current head’s children comes of age, they leave, sent away to one of the many scholars of Rocheste. Only after years of rigorous learning would they return, their intelligence more than sufficient to take on the mantle of heir to the house. Celosia Holzhauer, current heiress of the family, knew this just as well as anyone, so the day she was finally sent off was one of sheer excitement. There was much about the world that was unknown to Celosia, with the Holzhauer family having a solid limit on what a potential heir could learn before they met their scholar. As far as she knew, her world was about to expand significantly.

And expand it did, but there was one particular topic that she was interested in that the scholar withheld from her entirely.

Asterids are hardly known for their magical prowess, and yet Celosia couldn’t help but be enamored by how it worked. In fact, even though she was rather lacking in magic herself, she scoured libraries top to bottom for any books related to the subject, taking a particular interest in Fairy Script. Perhaps it was the fact that magic was inaccessible to her that made it so interesting, or perhaps she simply thought that it was something she should know about.

Her family found this interest odd, but harmless. But this man, this scholar that she was sent to, was wary when he heard of his pupil’s desire for this knowledge. He has had enemies in the past, enemies that were far more magically adept, enemies who have come close to killing him with their prowess. And although Celosia had no magical ability, he became worried that she would discover something, would figure out some way to work around her limitations. Asterids are incredibly strong on their own, and with magic…oh, he couldn’t have that.

And so, fearing for his safety, he hid away anything having to do with magic all throughout his home, hoping above hope that Celosia didn’t find even a single essay.

Knowledge and curiosity know no barriers, however, and Celosia is a crafty girl.

The first book she found was hidden beneath a shelf. The next three she found high up in a closet. She found more and more books in between study sessions and chores, reading up on various modes of magic, from elemental affinities to Fairy Script to Magitech, out of the view of the paranoid scholar. These journals, textbooks, and essays were found in various places around the scholar’s abode across several months, hidden in cracks and crevices she never would have found if she hadn’t explicitly searched for them.

And upon learning that Celosia found these texts, the scholar became fearful. All of these works…and it had been a long time since she’s arrived, surely she’s had time to learn something…

Celosia, unaware of the scholar’s paranoia, was equally unaware of his intentions when he took her far outside of Rocheste, to an old shack that he lived in during his own education. He lured the unsuspecting Asterid in, locking her into the shack in an attempt to keep her from doing anything drastic.

And there she would remain, for a time she didn’t keep count of, without a drop of blood to sustain her. Terrible is all she could use to describe that experience, barely caring about the feeling of the stone floor or the dust caking every inch of the room. No, everything came second to the hunger that quickly turned overwhelming as the days passed by.

She doesn’t remember how long it would be until she was rescued, but she couldn’t forget who rescued her: a man who managed to find her completely by chance as he was travelling.

The first thing Celosia did was pounce on the man in a blood-hungry craze. The second thing she did(after the man took a moment to subdue her) was thank him profusely, saying that she owed him immensely for finding and rescuing her. Celosia would later learn the man's name: Freyhard Helsarvich, a former professor of an academy in Telderante. He was bringing together like-minded people, but Celosia already had intent to assist him with whatever he planned to accomplished even before he could explain his intent, saying that it was the very least she could do after he saved her life. She is now working for Arcarum as part of the squad Alpha-6, providing for her squadmates whenever she is able.

Relationships
Scáthach: MAEVE RUAIDHRÍ
The person Mordere trusts the most out of everyone in Alpha-6. Between the marvelous automaton that is Alouette and a boundless desire for knowledge, Mordere believes that the fae probably knows enough about magic to feed her curiosity for ages. Because of this, Scáthach is the first person she goes to with any questions, especially those regarding Fairy Script. Mordere doesn't believe that she'll be able to figure out magic well enough to use it anytime soon, but if there were somebody that could help her get there, it would likely be Scáthach.
01
Alouette: IVELISSE RUAIDHRÍ
Anima, to Mordere, are nothing short of a marvel, outstanding creations given life by the mana-rich ore of Sinoa. But Mordere doesn’t simply treat Alouette like some sort of machine, far from it. Where Iscariot treats Alouette like a daughter learning her way through the world and Scáthach treats her more like a loyal servant, Mordere is something of an older sister figure, protecting Alouette with a ferocity that was unknown prior to Mordere joining Alpha-6. Because Mordere never had a sibling of her own, she feels it necessary to keep Alouette as safe and sound as possible.
02
Iscariot: FREYHARD HELSARVICH
Mordere is wary of Iscariot, but not in the way that most others are. No, her concerns stem from his interest in the Void Lands. Ever since she's learned about his agenda regarding the Void Lands, she’s been uncertain about his goals and whether or not they’re feasible. However, she still owes Iscariot her life. If there’s anyone she doesn’t want to lose the trust of, it’s him, so like it or not, she has to stay in line with his goals. Despite this conflict, Mordere respects him greatly as a scholar and a squadmate, recognizing his knowledge and altruism.

Insert: a tall, athletic-built man moved through a lobby. His formal attire, influenced by Telderante fashions, allowed for a few assumptions. This man was either well off or affiliated with those of an affluent background. Moreover, he moved with such grace and tact— almost as if he was trained to walk in a specific manner. So, even if the room was in complete silence, his footsteps made minimum feedback— even a restless child wouldn't be disturbed.

The gentleman was coming closer and this was when something strange became noticeable. With a keen eye, there was a faint haziness which surrounded him. It followed wherever he went like a shield to obscure onlookers just a smidge. A traditional tobacco pipe— one that resembled a Japanese Kiseru— hung between his lips. It suddenly became apparent of what obscured the man. Yet, who in their right mind would smoke indoors? Upon close proximity, one typically prepared themselves for the bitter stench of tobacco. However, in this instance, a faint sweetness entered your senses. The man's vibrant, emerald eyes reached yours and he smiled, knowingly, before a newcomer handed him an item. It was a cup of coffee— specifically a macchiato sweetened with caramel— his favorite.

The man spoke with the coffee delivery man. His voice was as smooth as milk foam, strong like espresso, yet kind like honey. It was a charming voice— fit for someone with such a charming face. However, anyone with sharp hearing could distinguish his way of speaking as rehearsed and lifeless. He began to speak along the lines of a "soccer game for the 'Little Ones'... arrive no later than 4 o'clock sharp or face repercussions... have the refreshments at xx degrees Fahrenheit... have Urgent Care on standby..."

Then, followed four to five carts full of what the man deemed as "requirements for emergencies and then some" to the cars waited out front. The man walked along with the carts as he doubled, tripled, quadruple checked there was nothing left behind. Followed after his obsessive search, he checked his wrist encased with a red wristband. It glowed vibrantly and he left without a delay.

    Personality
Bodies and words should be for understanding each other but they’re used to probe one another, wearing each other down.

To have any connection with Heathcliff Ikilen entailed he graced his precious time out of his tight schedule to be with you. Even those who were granted the pleasure of being within his presence could tell he was a busy man. There were a lot of duties and responsibilities that came with being both the lap dog protector and butler of a family as old as Barclay. Among them was maintaining a public image. To positively reflect the family he serves was a requirement he would uphold until death.

Even when he fell on Earth, things haven't changed... much...

To those who don't know him (either on a personal level or none at all), he is charming. Rumors foretold of people swooning over his smile— such a smile brought people to feel taken care of and safe in the crux of danger. Others acknowledge how accommodating he is to people's needs, especially when he can do so through a quick observance. Above all, he is said to be a gentleman, which left many women of Telderante's peerage to become intoxicated with infatuation.

Because of his occupation at Arcarum, it was rather unlikely to find Heath spending his free time leisurely. For someone who's seen as chivalrous and charming, he can be frighteningly obsessive when it comes to detail and ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently. His Animan mind continues to organize schedules, solve unpredictable (and some nearly impossible) scenarios, and prepare for missions all while filling out mountains of paperwork. Those who consider him a coworker or superior (i.e. household servants or workers at Arcarum) are the main victims of his persona switches. From warm and friendly to cold and intimidating within a heartbeat, this behavior stems from his long history serving House Barclay. Heath favors efficiency and caution to the highest degree. Therefore, actions leading to messy outcomes or causes the slightest bit of harm (either to property or people) may cause the Anima to become unbridled with anger and disappoint. It shouldn't be a surprise when Heath becomes overwhelming strict.

Those who know Heath on a personal level could sense there's more to Heath that meets the eye. The Anima considers himself as old, and although he is accustomed to adapting to changes, there are some parts of him that are still stuck in the past. There are traumas, both old and new, that distract him from time to time. Some of the fresher wounds struggling to heal harbors foreign feelings— doubts, fear, resentment, heartbreak... If he had the capability of sleeping, would he have nightmares?

“It is only a matter of fact that my beauty is unmatchable.”

He can be humbled by anything else, but not the pride he has in his looks. Pale fair skin with a faint tint of pink that lightly adorns his upper cheeks, light emerald green eyes that emit a faint glow; lips that are neither too thin nor too thick, just right to match his celestial nose perfectly shaped. His snowy white hair flows down below his shoulder, adding another layer of grace to his already elegant appearance. His beauty crosses the boundary of gender, he blames no one when he is misidentified as female. He also blames no one for not understanding his beauty. After all, not everyone has an eye for art. Likewise, he does not find the need to admire himself, nor does he brag or show off his looks. After all, his beauty is just a part of life, if not a typical trait that his Peryton species tends to share.

Albus prides himself over his pretty face as much as he begrudges his thin and perhaps overly slender figure. He knows that a pretty face can’t get him anywhere in today’s world rendered by monsters of the Void, especially if he is to be a warrior. Yet no amount of training can seem to increase another ounce of muscle on his humanoid body. His disappointment on his own body leads to his fascination with people with muscles, weightlifters and boxers (“Mucho interesante,” he would say, which is also the only Spanish word he knows.) It is fortunate to know that while he looks like a random breeze can make him lose his balance, he is fit enough to be able to stand still under the harshest winds and heaviest storms. And while he does not have all those extra muscles, he has the basic build of a normal lean warrior.

Aside from his pajama white robes, his normal attire consists of a simple white button-up shirt with the Arcarum insignia by the chest, and black dress pants. His hair is often tied up in a high ponytail behind his head. As a Peryton, gray antlers protrude out of his head, but of a size much smaller than when he returns to his bestial form. Instead of human ears, he has white deer ears next to those antlers, which twitch at any sounds he catches. Albus is unable to have a fully humanoid figure, his hands and feet, unnaturally skinny with skin tightly pressing against the bones, retain the sharp black claws he holds as a peryton. Overtime, learning magic has allowed him to hide the claws on his hands and feet so he can put on human shoes, which are typically found to be black or brown dress shoes. Although he does occassioanlly smoke pipe, he does not do it often.

A gaze that burns a brilliant crimson in the light and pointed ears make Mirianne’s race apparent at a glance. Hailing from a bloodline whose abilities and appearances have been utilized to deceive and beguile, her physique is deceptively lithe and bears not a single curve or lash out of place. Even when minimal attention is given to her body care routine, her skin remains supple and radiant, and each gossamer strand upon her head flows like silk in the wind. Likewise, her attire and mannerisms are elegantly measured, making for a perfect portrait of a high-class and confident woman. Her clothes appear to carry the scent of a unique perfume that people somehow find universally pleasant. When inquired about the brand, she becomes uncharacteristically antsy and takes several steps back.

Regardless of whether or not her appearance matches a person’s aesthetic preferences, few and far between find themselves capable of denying that she possesses a dizzying charm. True to the phrase “photographs don’t do her justice,” something about the Asterid’s presence causes people to naturally gravitate towards her. Were it not for the nasty scowl that marrs her delicate visage whenever someone takes a step too close, the Asterid would be someone frequently approached for her serene aura.
    Personality
According to a certain coworker, Mirianne’s presence makes people feel “warm and fuzzy”—if it weren’t for the sharp tongue she bears as a trademark. Any unfortunate souls drawn in by her scent are promptly snapped out of their stupor as soon as she opens her mouth to shoo off unwanted attention. Like an ill-tempered cat, she greets others with vicious words should they act overly familiar with her. Most employees of Arcarum that dared approach her learned the hard way that the only method of holding a civil conversation with the Asterid is to either keep a polite distance or speak only regarding business matters. Short and sweet is the key, as she disdains those who spout useless drivel or allow their words to meander endlessly before finally getting to the main point.

In the first place, Miri’s personality makes for an extremely difficult individual to get along with. She’s not one to act boastfully, yet her nonchalant responses nonetheless convey that she’s terminally ill with a disease called narcissism. She’s a quintessential egoist—casually taking compliments in stride as if the words making up said praises are simply obvious facts. Conversely, her ego melds with a unique temperament that makes for someone who doesn’t mind facing insults and malicious gossip. Recognizing herself as someone inherently dislikable, she’s a contrarian who pays no mind towards provocations from people who clearly dislike her. In spite of this seemingly blasé attitude, she expresses great irritation when faced with petty pranks courtesy of her squadmates. No one is sure why such jokes hold so much sway over her emotions, granted her usual reaction of ignoring such antics as if they’re not even worth her contempt.

Even amongst those she’s (begrudgingly) friends with, her relationships are complex to the point where outsiders question whether or not they’re close at all. Something as simple as a nickname is met with sharp reprimands, though her tone makes it evident that she doesn’t entirely mind being addressed by a name other than “Mirianne” or “Miss Philios” like she claims. In spite of her peculiarities, she’s nonetheless a capable Field Operations Agent. Her work ethic is not particularly distinguished amongst her peers, but she’s obedient to the cause of the given mission. After a multitude of mishaps over the years, her experience in combat grants her an eye for gauging the situation and determining her next course of action without the need to be micromanaged as a squad member. Contrary to her elegant appearance and mein, her manner of fighting is vicious, like that of a wild beast. Having inherited the bloodlust latent in her ancestry, she’s a natural born hunter with a prey drive as strong as her ability to subdue them with force. It goes without saying that negotiations are seldom left to the Asterid.

Engaging her visage - a slight smile touched with venom, a challenging regal gaze, and the aloof air of a rulebreaker - Asa possesses a devious, fatale charm. Tall with long legs, sylphlike arms, and pale, slender shoulders, her explosive power goes unsuspect. Veiled by a freeing confidence, she radiates a steady, warm feeling even when causing hearts to race watching her soft, midnight hair that seems perfectly combed and golden hues that blink impishly. However, when needs be, she could contain surprising callous gravity in her tone.

Like other Naphtras of her ilk, her skin is speckled with spots of black scales that are more decorative than useful. Clothed, Asa presents human, granted one with pretty, sharp canines, but her tongue is also long and snakelike, obscured well enough to rarely become a talking point. Adopting an oriental aesthetic, she prefers wearing her hair in simple, cute buns, dressing anywhere from casual garb to provocative silk, her style serving ever so to her vanity.

    Ambition is a lovely word

Betraying her natural allure, Asanah doesn’t like scheming, nor beguiling, and nor could she even care about getting her way through blatant seduction. Growing up in a clan of snakes may have let her recognize such concepts, but she much prefers interacting with others directly. If something had to be done, she would rather tackle it on her own. But still having a thorough grasp of her own limitations, she greatly appreciates the help of others wherever she falls short.

Nevertheless, with a voracious curiosity and fearlessness to failure, there are few things Asa wouldn’t throw herself into with determination. With great focus and perseverance, she’s undeniably a woman of strong character, taking considerable pride in her own hard work and stubbornness. While she meets life with her fullest capability, striving to constantly improve herself, she also has easygoing passions like cooking to enjoy her time. It's also moments with her squad that are the most precious to her.

Yet her firm attitude isn’t without effort and, instead, carries much doubt and insecurity from her childhood. Her mistreatment back then has deeply instilled in her an abysmal sense of self-worth that she is keenly aware of. And because of her acceptance, Asana doesn’t regret what had happened then, reframing her vulnerability into a source of motivation to push herself, and to remind her of humility. Unfortunately, it also makes her blind to sometimes obvious things, interfering with her decision-making, where she can be at times too hesitant, or then too brash in retaliation, an inch from ideal. It’s her seasoned experience as a leader and the influence of her squad that helps offset her struggle to a significant extent, the weight of responsibility keeping her adequately whelmed in face of most scenarios, no matter how abnormal.

That adaptability is her basest nature. While Asanah views her actions as individualistically driven, she nevertheless has the uncanny ability to reconcile any atmosphere or situation. The restraint of morality on her isn’t tight and, excluding her sense of loyalty and a particular distaste, she could make for a thriving machiavellian. But regardless of what she’s capable of, kindness is still her preferred modus operandi. How boring it is to chase dreams alone.

With hair as white as snow and pale blue eyes, Regal looks almost inhuman, and yet so human at the same time. He walks as if he is above all others, and those in his presence feel as if they are being looked down upon. Upon closer inspection, parts of Regal's body are covered with dark burn marks, his entire left arm black, with glowing orange marks that almost appear to be veins. Other than the burn marks, scars can also be found all over his body, with the most noticeable one being the scar on his neck. Perhaps his most interesting feature however, are the multiple black wings that that are on Regal's back, 6 to be exact.

Bodies and words should be for understanding each other but they’re used to probe one another, wearing each other down.
The fact that Regal has been kicked out of 5 squads prior to Nu-8 should be a testament to his "Interesting" personality. A big reason to why many don't like him is the fact that he constantly, and sometimes unintentionally looks down on his fellow agents. In his mind, only a few on earth could stand as his equal, and those who were weaker than himself shouldn't be fighting. Because of this, Regal has been reported to belittle his squad mates, and going off on his own to handle enemies he deems to be to difficult for his squad to handle. As of joining Nu-8, Regal has begun to mellow out some, and outside of combat, he's very down to earth, some would say almost too relaxed.
