Chyuki is a nineteen year old girl in her senior year of high school, she lives with her widowed mother and
younger brother. Her mother is but a hollow shell of a human being and her fifteen year old brother is never there when needed, seeing as he almost always strung out on drugs. The only time Chyuki ever feels like herself is when she goes into the forest not too far from Thurman High School's campus. Recently she has been meeting a boy there almost every day. He makes her feel whole again and has shown her a whole new side of herself. Chyuki was always raised to believe nothing can be believed without solid proof, and the rejection of her mother and brother has left her cold and empty. This new boy though (y/c/n) might just be what she needs to become her true self. Things get a little awkward when (y/c/n/) starts attending the same school as Chyuki though. (y/c/n) is a little different from the other kids but they seem to like him unlike how they dislike Chyuki.
