I think Wednesday said the vampire and werewolf can see and speak to your character since they’re both supernaturals as well. Have you seen the show Being Human? It’s just like that xD

You're good, dude. It's honestly just supposed to be loosely based off of Being Human and around the idea of supernatural beings trying to cope with their fate and live with each other, ect.

Right now he's standing by the painting, clearly frustrated.

How would you like Jonathan to be perceived? How should we hook him in?

He looks like he does in the picture. As for how he's perceived, maybe as semi-transparent? You can slightly see through him but he's otherwise there?
We'd need a way for normal humans to see him if Nebula is to see him. Maybe by interacting with an object he valued that's still in the apartment? How about anyone who is holding Jonathan's Kindle can see him?
