Elena's just constantly like what did I do wrong.

I'd say Morgana might see the scene, recognize the sword, and instinctively dash between Lisa and Roland. She's not as strong and fast, but I'd imagine she could do Aetherian jiu-jitsu or something until someone else helps haha. that's only if they're within view and it's probably really dark, no?

I doubt Lisa would be strong enough to restrain Elena. She's pretty much rotting from the inside out right now.

If Hannah or Elena got in the way, he'd stop. Long enough to push them out of the way, at least.

If one of the dark characters got in the way, he'd fight them as much as he needed to in order to push past them toward the one he actually wants and no more. Also, if a dark character got in the way, Arryn is also there and, if he is able to leave Daniel and the dog alone without worrying about them, could probably jump in to distract them so Roland could do what he had to do. Of course, on the other hand, he knows Silver is there and he knows Daniel is helpless, so he might not be willing to leave them alone to help even if he sees and knows what's going on. Ana's there too, of course.

As for whether people can see him farther away in the dark. The sword is glowing gold, so that might attract some notice regardless of distance.

Also worth noting is that Roland doesn't know Lucrezia is as helpless and without power as he is, if not more. As far as he knows, she has enough power to create a giant destruction spell and summon a tidal wave.

If you wanted to go the taking Elena hostage route, she wouldn't have to restrain her exactly. She only has to threaten to kill her if he comes any closer or she tries to run and hope that Roland and Elena buy the threat and stay where they are. Which Roland probably would, at least.
