Greenwich Preparatory Academy may seem like your average, run of the mill, multi-million dollar school where parents (who are also worth multi-millions) send their kids for "the finest education available to any young man or woman inside or out of the country" (it's all bs to me, these parents obviously leaped at the opportunity to send their children away to be dealt with absolute strangers. You know the saying "out of sight, out of mind." right?). I mean, come on. There's the preppy rich kids in their spiffy new uniforms, not a hair out of place. There are shiny new cars in the parking lot that positively reek of daddy's money. There are towering brick walls and expansive gardens. Hell, there's even a giant gate at the winding entrance to the school (though it remains to be seen whether Greenwich is keeping the students in or the peasants out).
Regardless, there's more to the school and to the students than initially meets the eye. From secret clubs to serious scandals, what happens behind the closed doors is what makes things at Greenwich interesting. With social dynamics to rival even the cheesiest of Netflix shows and rumors that spread like wildfire, I assure you that you will never be bored at home in these halls.
Maybe it isn't as bad as I make it seem. Sure, the dorms host more arguments and petty breakups than an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and yes, the second you slip up it becomes the whole world's business, but you'll get used to it. We all do.

Hey all! I'm Frosty, or Hanna, and this will actually be the first rp I gm! Isn't that wild? I've been rping for about nine years, but I've never had the courage (or audacity) to gm my own! It's probably due to the fact that I dare post this interest check after writing it in about half an hour at 1 o'clock in the morning (yes, I'm half asleep right now), but hey, a girl's got to try at some point, right? Anyways, I think you'll find that I'm really chill, and I'd appreciate it if you were the same way! The way I see it, there's plenty of room for drama in character, so why bring it into ooc as well? Anyways, now I have to figure out what to fill the next several boxes with. I probably should have thought this through. Huh.
Additional Notes
This will all be further explained in the rules, but I'm honestly impressed if you made it this far, so kudos to you for that. Here are a few things to note:
-This rp will have an active ooc server on Discord (the link will be dm'd to individuals once their first character has been accepted)
-While the writing contained within this interest check may be spotty (it's honestly completely my fault, I need sleep), I expect all who apply to be at an literate to advanced literacy level. This means no one liners and at least three decently sized paragraphs per post.

1.
Characters are to use realistic fc's, no exceptions. All characters are to be posted in the cs page (once the link is posted) and must be approved by me before joining the discord and/or entering the roleplay.
2.
OOC drama, hate, discrimination and the like will not be tolerated. I'm not too worried about this, so please don't give me a reason to be.
3.
I get it, life happens! I expect at least one post a week per character, though if you are unable to post for an extended amount of time, please reach out! I'm very understanding!
4.
IC romance is both allowed and encouraged, though please do be sure to abide by all RPN rules and guidelines. This means fading to black whenever necessary.
5.
There is no character limit, though you should be careful to never bite of any more than you can handle.
