He finished the meal quickly. And sat watching her.

Haruno felt like she was being watched and looked over at him. "What is it?"

He shook his head. "My sister had hands like yours." He looked away awkwardly. "It's odd having a human in the castle. I think it's been two years since the curse was cast."

"Sister?" Two whole years... that must have been rough. "Was she a doctor too?"

 

[Ekmion Amundok]

"No. She knew knitting. Her best friend was Leila." He sat back reminiscing. "She was amazing with paint, dancing, and singing. No instrument was foreign to her, even at thirteen years old."

 

[Doctor Poison]

Haruno twitched, she sounded just like her younger sister... always so talented, and did whatever she was told... unlike me, the doctor, the black sheep of the family. "You must have been very proud"

He nodded. His skull face was incapable of showing expression, but it came out in his posture.

"Did she get sick too?"

 

[Ekmion Amundok]

He nodded. "Mom and Danlimir died three months before dad. Than six months after that, my castle was cursed."

 

[Doctor Poison]

"I'm sorry that I wasn't there to help. I just got my medical lisence last year"

 

[Ekmion Amundok]

He shrugged. " I suppose you read right?" He stood.
"You are finished Lord?" Said the pot.
"Yes Mr Portman."

 

[Doctor Poison]

"Yeah. I studied medicine and biology for six years"

 

[Ekmion Amundok]

"I mean stories? My mom used to read me to sleep until I learned how to read. I still haven't read them all."

 

[Doctor Poison]

"Well... I wouldn't mind reading to you, if you can't sleep..." she blushed.

 

[Ekmion Amundok]

"No no no! That's not what I meant at all." He would have blushed if he could. "I thought it would be better to entertain you while you stayed. Would you like to see the library?"

 

[Doctor Poison]

I'm such a baka... of course... "Yeah. But I feel uneasy if I'm not doing something productive... I'd like to work on figuring out how to break your curse"

"What are you a witch too?" He asked, humorously.

 

[Doctor Poison]

Haruno twitched, very slightly. "I'm a doctor"

"It was a joke." He said.

 

[Doctor Poison]

"Oh. Right"

 

[Ekmion Amundok]

"So how do you think you can break the curse?"

 

[Doctor Poison]

"No clue. But that's what I intend to discover. Should be fun"

 

[Ekmion Amundok]

"I don't see you succeeding." He said. "But go ahead. Take a look around. You can go anywhere. Accept the west wing."

 

[Doctor Poison]

"Huh? Why?" Now her interest was piqued.
