i'm typically all for mixing and matching but somehow, two of those themes clashing together in such a way isn't super appealing to me. i'd be super interested in memoirs of a geisha with some horror themes intertwined? forbidden romance? all of that good stuff, without the fantasy aspect for now! but we can always discuss it and see if we can come up with something, anyway.
