Sounds great pal!It could be a combo of both.
Dice rolls can determine things that are completely random.
And a mutual honor system could determine less chaotic things.
With the honor system I find it works best if everyone holds everyone else accountable.
For example if I have a character who gets shot, and the shooter is known for never missing yet I claim he hits me in the leg. It would be up to the shooter and other RPers to be like "naw dude, bullseye don't miss." And so on
