hello sweethearts!! here is the long awaited cs sheet. when you're done, please ensure that you contact a GM (myself, hcneybee. hcneybee. , Kio.exe Kio.exe , or sunshineysoul sunshineysoul ) so we can look at your sheet and tell you if you need to make any adjustments. i trust you all to make good judgement when including traumatic content (like in your histories, for instance) and giving appropriate TW and spoiler-ing.

the bare minimum that you must have on your cs sheet is as follows. the bolded text is required, the italicized text is optional!:

- Backstory/History. we have discussed the zodiacs getting their memory back in the future so you probably want to start thinking about your character's backstory. you may write also write a "made up" history that STARS provided them once they became an assassin

- Specialty, refers to a preferred weapon or method of killing that aligns with the zodiac's element. for instance, a fire sign like aries would have a specialty in firearms, while a water sign like pisces might specialize in in poisons like lethal injections

- Modus operandi (MO/s), a signature way that they leave their victims behind. what marks a body as their kill and not someone elses? criminal minds has a few good ideas for MOs from their serial killers. you can also touch on how they get to their kill (do they lure them in with feigned amity? or kill them in an unexpected frenzy in the back alley?)

Modus operandi -- Depending on the target, the setting, and where you look... it's likely you'll find a singular poker card lying around. But... it's not anywhere you'd expect. Holis and Havana are very careful in their job, it'd be hard to place a certain particular way they finish off their contracts. Although, Havana can't help but take a little something from their target.

It's not for her own excitement-- or gain, per say.

It's to remind her of she did.

Strengths -- Persuasive; It's no secret Havana has a thing with people. Whether it be the innocent, sweet, girl next door look or the accent. Either way... some people just find it hard to say no.

-- Hand to hand combat; Havana excels in this particular category, calm, cool and collected in hectic moments give her the the ability to strategize their next course of action, this naturally leaves her kills quick, quiet, and easy.

Weaknesses -- Firearms; Havana isn't fairly acquainted with anything other than a simple pistol. If need be, she'd use one-- but there's no doubt she'd hesitate to.


-- Sympathetic; Depending on the target and their history, it's rare to see Havana freeze up, but it's not unlikely. She puts too much research into her targets which leads her to become too emotionally attached. It's not as though she'd admit that, but the night after a contract-- don't expect Hav to be all that talkative.

An excitement seeker, witty, and a social butterfly, Havana's almost determined to make you smile. It's no secret the brunette weighs heavily on social interaction, it's her entertainment, comfort, even. Without the occasional fun banter Hav wouldn't know what she'd do.

Of course, after being around people for a little too long. The brunette needs her time to 'recharge' either holing up in her room for a few days, alone time is just what she needs after a long week of socializing. Extrovert in the open, but an introvert at heart. It's fairly easy to tick Havana off, the slightest insult would have her spitting one right back at you-- but she isn't one to hold a grudge.

Beyond this, Havana is a very hard person to read because she makes it so.

While she could be telling you how relaxed, at ease, collected she is, on the inside she's the definition of worried. Innocence radiates off of her, by a passing glance you wouldn't even dare to think she feels anything other than happiness. Her smile, laugh, and her crave for excitement is all you would expect. Despite her confidence, determination, and however strong Hav seems to be.

Nobody truly notices how fragile Havana is and she'd like to keep it that way.

Basic: Sam is...not quite how you’d expect an assassin to be. He’s outgoing, friendly and energetic, always willing to help. He’s a people person through and through and loves crowded areas. Sam is an easy book to read: every emotion he feels is written on his face, as plain as day. He is sensitive and empathetic, relying on his heart rather than his head to make decisions for him. Sam has an irritatingly optimistic outlook on life and will try to make light of any situation. He constantly has a joke at the ready, and he’s a hugger—so watch out. Sam prefers to show affection through touch: idle hand holding, playing with hair, cuddling, even if it’s platonic. Especially if it’s platonic. He has a strong moral compass and will try to do what’s right, always. Sam talks a lot. Once he gets going it’s hard to stop him—he will ramble on and on until you tell him to shut up. He is, however, prone to moodiness and being withdrawn without warning. He doesn’t know why, it just happens.

Appearance: Sam is tall, standing at 6’1” and well muscled due to the intense training he’s received. He has messy, almost rust colored brown hair that is unkempt but somehow suits him. His lightly tanned face is framed by red cheeks and twin dimples, his lopsided grin often in full display. His wide, golden brown eyes are framed by dark lashes. Sam has a gently sloping nose and a sharp jawline, and a few faint freckles dust his nose.

Body mods: Sam has only his Pisces tattoo on his collarbone and a snake tattoo on his ribs. He also has several scars, the most relevant being two long ones across his heart, a shorter in along his jawline and one across his back.

Strengths/Specialties:
—Knives: Sam is extremely skilled with knives. Melee combat, knife throwing—you name it and he could probably do it with a knife.
—Energy: Sam seems to never run out of energy. He has great stamina, and can hold his own in a fight of endurance.
—Strong: Sam is physically strong and is capable of lifting and throwing very heavy objects. This strength makes him a worthy adversary when fighting up close and personal.

Weaknesses:
—Clumsy: Sam has an uncanny way of managing to trip over his own feet. Or the air, or anything really. He is less than graceful on his feet and has taken many falls to prove it.
—Hungry: Sam can eat enough for two full grown men and still be hungry. He is constantly snacking, and if he goes more than a few hours without food he becomes cranky and lazy.
—Long Distance: Sam doesn’t have much of a defense against long distance weapons like bows or guns. Oftentimes if he loses a fight it will be for this reason.
—The Dark: Samuel hates the dark. Everything about it. He seems to think that everything in the dark is out to get him, and if he is even in a room without a light on, he won’t move.
—Heights: Sam is terrified of any and all heights, so flights are always a struggle with him.

Wine and dine: Sam has a way of getting his targets to open up and trust him before killing them, often getting
them to consider him a friend—or more—before doing the job. A literal knife in the back or poisoned food is the way he likes to do things.

—The problem with spiders: Sam is deathly afraid of spiders. It’s hilarious, watching a twenty one year old assassin run shrieking through the building because he saw a spider.
—What? I love Disney: Sam will binge watch any and all Disney movies at any given time—just ask. He even has the soundtracks memorized to most of them. Don’t ask him to sing though. He has an awful voice. And he’ll probably sing anyways.
—Lights, Camera—oh shit: Sam hates cameras. That’s right. He hates the lights and the clicky sounds and pictures in general. I know, weird for someone who’s supposed to be a model.
—Squirrel!: Sam really wants a pet squirrel. Like bad. He’s determined to (these are his words) “be the best squirrel mama anyone’s ever seen.”
—Cyrus: Sam and Cy are rarely—if ever—separated, and when they are, they’re always wanting to be back together.
—Pizza Rolls: Sam has a love for pizza rolls that is quite concerning. He will eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner and will not get sick of them.
—Kingsley: Kingsley is Sam’s white Alaskan malamute. His second child that he refuses to give Cy partial custody to.

Basic: Freya is, to put it lightly, a bitch. One particularly creative target of hers called her “icy bitch queen”. Those were his last words. How sad. She’s arrogant, bold and never afraid to speak her mind. She’s convinced that everything she says should be law, and that everyone is beneath her. She has an aggressive energy that ripples off of her in waves and if you don’t know her she is utterly terrifying. If you do know her, she’s only slightly less so. She’s a stone cold flirt and is a bit of a player. She’s not afraid to do anything to get what she wants, and if you get in the way—good luck is all I’m saying. She uses sarcasm and niceties as weapons and oftentimes her words hide barely concealed threats.

On the other hand, Freya is actually deeply emotional—not that she’d show it—and she craves intimacy, both emotional and physical. She’s a hopeless romantic through and through, but she does her best to hide it. To hide any soft parts of herself, really. She is fiercely loyal and will do anything—anything—for those she “likes”. She has this charisma that gets people to listen to her, and has an uncanny ability to talk her way in or out of any situation. She does sometimes let her temper get the best of her, and tends to make decisions without thinking.

Strengths: loyal, honest, determined, strong willed, brave, funny

Weaknesses: arrogant, brash, cold, impulsive, aggressive, loud, condescending

Appearance: Freya is of average height, standing at 5’6”. She is lithe but we’ll muscled. She has dyed, Snow White hair, though it’s naturally black. Her jade colored green eyes are her prized feature and something she wields to her advantage often. She has full, pink lips and a straight, white smile. If she’s smiling at you, though, you’d better run in the other direction. Her mouth is usually set in a scowl, or a displeased frown. Her nose is small and dainty, and her face has no distinguishing marks.

Body Mods: Her Scorpio tattoo is on the inside of her ear. She has her ears and nosed pierced as well. She, like most of the others, sports many scars, but only has a few big ones: one around each wrist, one across her inner thigh and another faint line across her throat.

Strengths/Specialties:
—Agility/Climbing/Scaling: Freya is very nimble and light on her feet. This allows her to slip in and out of most places unnoticed. Rooftop watches are her thing, and she’s skilled at free climbing.
—Hand to Hand/Knives: Freya is a quick and nimble fighter, so despite her smaller size, she holds her own in close distance fights. She is also skilled at sussing out any weaknesses a target might have during a fight.
—Undercover: Freya is excellent at acting, and is a skilled liar. When questioned, she can come up with an intricate story on the spot. Because of these skills, going undercover for a mission is no difficult task for her.
—Pyrotechnics: Freya, to say it simply, is a pyro. She claims to be enamoured with the science behind it but she really just finds fire badass. Not to mention that warm colors are totally her thing.

Weaknesses:
—Miniature: Freya, because she is not as tall or bulky as some of her companions, has a hard time fighting someone larger than her. One heavy punch is enough to knock her out.
—Temper: Freya is easily instigated and when angry she does not think or act with a clear head. She often makes decisions on an impulse and has gotten in trouble because of it.
—Restriction: Freya hates the feeling of being bound, even if it’s part of their training. She was taught to escape ropes, handcuffs and the such, but every time it happens, she freaks out. She doesn’t know why.

MO:
—Quick, brutal, not sorry: Freya’s typical style of killing is a quick slit of the throat. If a target is particularly resistant, she’ll slice the tendons in their legs before killing them. She makes each kill quick and clean, and she leaves behind no evidence.

Basic: Jackson can only be described as hard headed, stubborn and oppositional, especially at a first glance. Hell, he even appears that way after more than a few glances. He doesn’t take no for an answer and will go out of his way to make your life a living hell if you piss him off. He likes being in charge, though he has little to no leadership abilities. He has above average intelligence that he doesn’t make an effort to use, at least not that he shows. Jackson has a way of looking at you that strips you down to the core, like he can see and study every facet of who you are. Whether he actually can or not remains to be seen. He is simple and brutal in his honesty, and will not lie to spare anyone’s feelings. He can be lazy, content to lie about in bed all day if there is no training or a mission. Jack doesn’t understand everyone’s need for activity at all times, and is happier lounging on a sofa alone.

Despite his many (many) faults, Jackson is relatively easy to please, kind once you wear him down, and eager to make others happy. He hates feeling vulnerable, and will lash out if he senses someone trying to get close to him. He will deny friendship to his last breath, but be secretly disappointed when someone leaves him alone. He craves peace and quiet, and would be content to have a tiny house with a garden and his loved ones if he could.

Strengths: analytical, smart, honest, easygoing

Weaknesses: lazy, impulsive, aggressive, stubborn, distrustful.

Appearance: Jackson is tall, standing at 6’2”, but relatively thin, not as well muscled as most of his teammates. He is, however, deceivingly strong, and light on his feet. He has fluffy, dark brown hair bordering on black, that he doesn’t make an effort to keep fixed. His grey eyes are heavily lashed and cold, often void of emotion. Deep bags are often found beneath them, due to lack of sleep, despite his lazy demeanor. Jack has a chilling, perfect white smile that is more like a baring of teeth than a sentiment of happiness.

Body mods: Jack’s virgo tattoo is on his shoulder. He has a large scar just beneath it, from a fit of pure boredom when he had been playing with knives. Jack has another scar across the back of his ankle, from when his Achilles heel was severed and two from just under his chin on the right side to the top of his chest on the left. He refuses to speak about what those particular scars are from.

Strengths/Specialties:
—Firearms: Jack is extremely skilled at a multitude of firearms, and can shoot a target with deadly accuracy from quite some distance. He favors handguns like pistols and revolvers, but is comfortable with most guns.
—Psychology: Jack is very good at picking up on things like body language, tone of voice, among other things to get at what truly affects a person. He exploits this skill to make his targets squirm, effectively making them easier to take down. He does like using this on the other zodiacs as well.
—Sleuthing: Jack can find out pretty much anything about anyone without much effort. He just knows the right places to look and the best people to ask. Chances are he knows every little detail about you and your past possible.
—Straight Face: Jack is excellent at hiding his emotions, and has the best poker face. He doesn’t let anyone know that something that had been said bothered him, and even when he’s angry he can remain calm and collected. This is a skill he mainly utilizes on the job. Losing his temper off the field is so much more fun, especially when it makes Marcel squirm.

Weaknesses:
—Nice people: Nice people make Jack uncomfortable. He’ll never admit it, but he has a hard time being mean to someone who has only been kind to him. The same goes for his targets. If they seem like genuinely nice people, it makes it all the harder to kill them.
—Poisons: Jack is susceptible to poisons, including poisoned blades, food, drinks and the such. He never remembers to bring antidotes with him, and he certainly doesn’t check his food beforehand. Pair that with his weak immune system, and he’s basically screwed if he ever does get poisoned.
—Up Close and Personal: Jack is not much use in a close distance fight. Knife work and hand to hand combat aren’t really his thing, as he finds it hard to care enough to kill someone with his hands or a knife. He claims it’s “too personal”.
—Insomnia: Jack has trouble sleeping, often leaving him tired and cranky. He’s lucky to sleep a few hours a night, but oftentimes he’ll be up for two to three days at a time. The bags under his eyes are proof enough of this. When he does sleep he is plagued with nightmares, something he will never openly talk about.

MO:
One and Done: Jack prefers to keep his kills simple and clean: a single shot through the brain. It’s quick, relatively clean, and easy to cover up.

Murdering Specifics
Modus operandi -- he leaves a little shell behind with every victim. Like, a seashell mind you. Not a bullet shell or something. He's not a monster. And shells are pretty and Austin likes collecting them.

Strengths -- firearms (he almost never misses); lockpicking; stealth

Weaknesses -- any kind of melee fighting (his bulky frame kinda makes his reactions a bit slow); strategy (as in, he's a bit too impulsive to stick to the plan all the time);

A dash of confidence, a pinch of flirtatiousness, and a giant ol' heaping of too much fucking ego, and you got yourself a recipe for one Austin Castillo. He's overly confident, he thinks he's the greatest fucking thing to ever exist since sliced bread, and he has this habit of flirting first, thinking later -- although his flirtations are just that. Yeah despite popular belief and how Austin might come across, he's not the kind of guy to go around sleeping with every girl that returns his flirts. Austin just gets bored and flirting is a good way to pass the time, you know? Also, he likes to fluster some girls. It's funny to him.

Coupled with this, Austin is naturally a good liar. Half the time, he lies without even really thinking about it -- it just comes so easy to him nowadays that, to be perfectly honest, it's hard to know when he's being honest and truthful, or knowing when you can actually trust him. Has this created a bit of a barrier between him and others? You better believe it has -- but that's fine, Austin's cool with vibing mostly alone. Because, to be honest, that's pretty much all he wants to do. And yeah, yeah, sureeee.... "no one really wants to be alone" or whatever that age old adage is, but with Austin, that's not... completely true.

As far as Austin is concerned, in this kind of business, getting attached to anyone -- even his fellow assassins -- could be... deadly. For himself, for them, so he more or less tries to keep people at an arm's length distance away. Not hard when he's got that annoying ass grin on his face and a generally repulsive attitude (look, people can only handle so many bad flirts or sly digs at themselves before growing upset and distancing themselves from him).

Despite the seemingly careless attitude towards the majority of things, Austin does feel a deep remorse for any killing he does. He's spent far too many nights laying in his bed, unable to sleep because his head is too busy swirling with the faces of those that he's killed and with a million what if's in reference to their families and friends and what they might be thinking now that their loved one is gone. However, you'd never know because by the next morning? He's got that sassy grin back on his face and his attitude has returned back to the same insufferable version that Austin is so used to manifesting.

Biography
What the agency has convinced Austin of is rather simple. Born to an assassin mother who ended up being killed while on a mission when he was rather young, so he can't even remember what her face looks like. Of course, Austin couldn't have gone into any kind of normal home, so he was adopted into the program and has been raised there ever since. Yep. See? Simple.

Personality:

Basic: Benji is stubborn, sarcastic and off-putting, and can come across as emotionless and inhuman. He doesn’t talk much, but when he does it’s usually to give some sarcastic retort or condescending comment. He is brutally honest, even if the truth could hurt someone’s feelings. Especially if the truth could hurt someone’s feelings. He is closed off from others, and has put up walls so high that making friends is next to impossible. He finds relationships disappointing and utterly useless, and so Benji makes no effort to pursue them. He is irritatingly calm, and never lets his anger get the best of him. When instigated, Benji will simply look the person in the eyes and tell them their every weakness, straight faced and unruffled.

Benji is extremely observant, and if there is some flaw, or weakness to exploit within his targets (or his teammates) he will find it and use it to his advantage. He always seemed bothered by something and has this air of “I could be doing something so much better and yet I’m here” about him.

Strengths: observant, intelligent, calm, level headed

Weaknesses: apathetic, unfeeling, sarcastic, distant

Physical:

Appearance: Benji is fairly tall, standing at 6’2”. He is well built and decently muscled, from all the training. He has cold, grey eyes that may appear blue or even dusty brown depending on the lighting. Deep bags usually line them, from lack of sleep. The rest of his attractive face is usually a blank slate, no emotion shown within it. His teeth are straight and white, though rarely on display as Benji is not one for smiling. He has messy, dark brown hair bordering on black that he goes through no pains to maintain.

Body mods: Benji has his Libra tattoo on his shoulder blade. He also has several snake tattoos along his body, one on the side of his foot, two on his ribs, one across his heart and two around his biceps. (Part of his code name, Medusa.) He also has several scars. One across his heart, just below the snake tattoo, from an accident on the field. One across the back of his calf, two along the side of his face and a few long ones along his left arm.

Strengths/Specialties:
—Extracting Information: Benji is able to extract information from a target by any means possible, whether it be through psychological methods or physical methods. He isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and get messy, and remains unbothered by any task at hand. So while he prefers to remain behind the scenes of a mission, when a target is particularly difficult, Benji proves to be an expert in torture, both physical and psychological.
—Leadership: Despite his quiet demeanor, on a job Benji proves to be an excellent leader, able to give clear commands and make decisions on the fly. He always has a plan b, and when that fails a plan c, and so on and so forth all the way through z.
—Observant: Benji is extremely observant, able to pick up on the most subtle of flaws and weaknesses. He uses this to his advantage often and has no qualms about using them. He is also an expert manipulator, and is easily able to get someone to do what he wants.

Weaknesses:
—Apathetic: Benji is unfeeling to the point of concern. He often keeps such a clear head that he finds himself making careless mistakes on the job and puts no effort or care into fixing them. Someone as unfeeling as Benji is almost as bad as someone with a short temper to the team.
—Stubborn: When Benji thinks he’s right, nothing anyone says will convince him otherwise. This leads him to go against the team in favor of his own ideas, leaving him alone and disconnected.
—Closed Spaces: Benji is extremely claustrophobic, and refuses to enter a space that doesn’t have an abundance of room for him to move about. If he finds himself in a tight space, Benji will shut down and be unable to function.
—Thunder: While Benji loves the rain, he is terrified of thunder, a quite irrational fear. Whenever a thunderstorm rolls around he finds himself jumpy, shaky and snappy, more so than he already is.

MO:
Stone Cold: Benji’s victims are often found drained of blood and with a greyish pallor to his skin, appearing almost stone-like. Another reason for his code name, Medusa.

—I’m from Aussie, yeah?: Benji was born and raised in a town in Queensland, Australia, and only recently moved to the Americas to be a part of STARs. Because of this, he has a lovely Australian accent.
—Poetry: Benji has a profound love of poetry, particularly that of life and death. He finds such simplicity beautiful.
—Smile!: Benji doesn’t smile. Ever. Or laugh. So if someone is able to get him to, they’re lucky. Very lucky.
