Any chance a standard fantasy world that we can twist and mix up sound good? I recently made a character who is quite literally a fish/shark out of water who becomes an adventuerer. Wondering if maybe someone travelling with him (any gender is more than fine) would show him how the surfave world works

Ever seen the film Lost in Translation? Would you be down to do a FxF story in a similar vein? Staring out a hotel window all melancholy like, driving/walking through the streets at night, internal sadness, bokeh in the background, aesthetics, that sorta jazz. I know you're on the fence about modern slice of life stuff, buuut, if it sweetens the deal, it could be set in Japan like the film is. Maybe even toss in a central PI/Detective plot if you want.

Well, that's incredibly specific haha. TBH it does sound kind of cool, and I wouldn't be totally against it, can already imagine a few characters. But yeah, I don't have much interest in modern day / sol I have to admit. I'm on the fence. I will mull it over. Might get back to you, but don't set your hopes too high. ><
