Yeah. Felicity isn't sure what to do in front of a human that isn't a religious person. Paramirum is the first human she met, so she is curious about them.

Felicity: "Now they need to stay here."
Paramirum: "Are you kidding me?"
Me: *Has her alignment as Neutral Good, but doesn't mean she won't do that.

The heat gets hotter and hotter, but it maxes out at boiling point at 30 minutes outside continuously. To get to the library will take 20 minutes, which is around 170 degrees in Fahrenheit at the end of it. The temperature rises by 4 degrees Fahrenheit per minute, approximately.

So the water won't evaporate! But it'll start heating up. Luckily, as you seem to be recognizing, water has a higher specific heat than metal or whatnot, and so will take longer to heat up!

Now the ice will definitely heat up! I'll let you figure out what the starting temperature was, and then work backwards based on the hints of info I gave in my Paramirum posts if you reaaaalllyyy want to nerd out and see what temperature, approximately, you are at right now!

So I was right to not use Felicity's ice magic, because it wouldn't have worked if she did that. 😅

So we're at a starting temp of 90 F then?
So my idea was to use water to basically just make a cooling mist, and based on my experience from living in a hot place I'd guess the first half at least might be nice but after that i'd probably just be moot point or still mostly uncomfortable. But since it'll be a constant flow of dispersed water droplets it not like it itself will be reaching 170 by the time it hits her skin, but the effect would certainly seem less effective. Does that sound about right?

Great thinking! Remember that you wouldn't know automatically the temperature, but you can guesstimate! As long as nobody is like "hmm, the temperature is at 186 degrees Fahrenheit!" without good reason, you're good! Also, should I try using Celsius as well for international friends?

Lol i wasn't planning on her doing that but it helped me with the math to better understand what I'm working with.
Might help. Here's the basics
90 f = 32.23 c
4 f = -15.56 c
Water boiling: 212 f or 100 c

> Imperial system

This perturbs me. Ree.

Also good thinking Lexi. I just figured out a way to abuse Erich's transformations to resist the temperature but only in a way that would keep him personally cool (70 odd tons of mostly steel is one hell of a heat-sink). This is much better.

It's certainly not the most efficient system of measurement.
I plan on posting later today, maybe in an hour or 2

Just for the record Erich loves what's been done to the school grounds. Long sight ranges, low rolling hills for cover, friendly people around him, it's just missing low overcast.

TayMaiTer TayMaiTer hasn't been seen since Oct 10th, and Ian Temero Ian Temero did show up a few hours ago but appears to be involved with the Yakuza. So Ian may or may not be kidnapped.

Tay definitely got eaten though.

I so want to roll "perception" from DnD to see is there any other exit from the auditorium, besides the one everyone came in and is leaving. Would there be another exit? And if there would, where would it lead?
