Bio: Simon Tully is the son of Admiral Tully. This is the only reason Simon got the job of transporting the Crystal Canon, a fact Simon resents. He was always going to join the Federation no matter what; even if he wanted to do something different, his father would make sure he joins the Federation and gets a high rank. He is eager to prove himself a capable captain of his own merit and not just his father's son.
