Heya! I'm pretty new to this site, so I figured I'd kick my roleplaying career here off with an ATLA RP! Avatar: The Last Airbender is one of my favorite series and because of that I'd love to RP it.
Here are a few rules:
1. I am open to ships (Zutara, Kataang, Sokki, Maiko, Zukka, Ty Mai etc.) but I am strictly waist up with any physical romance. Of course, it is the site rules not to do any smut. I am stating now that I am fine with references, jokes, and things like that, but I am not interested in creating a roleplay that becomes a makeout fest for the entire roleplay instead of having an actual story. Of course, I'm fine with kissing and some more heated kissing once in a while, but it should not be the main focus of the RP.
2. I am mostly interested in roleplaying with CANON CHARACTERS. However, I do have one ATLA OC that I've been meaning to use, but I will only use it if you also have an OC you'd like to use. I am pretty picky about OCs, though, so don't take it personally if I only want to do CC. Also, if we end up doing an OC RP, I'm only interested in characters that live in the world that the show has created, not characters that end up traveling with the Gaang or dating Zuko or something. So, that's right folks, no CCxOC ships!
3. I may swear a bit IC and OOC. If you have a problem with that, just tell me and I'll stop.
4. PLEASE don't leave the plot ideas up to me. I love to create an interesting story, which CAN stem from as simple a plan as "these two characters decide to go to a festival together and run into some old enemies". I'm not asking to write a novel here, but I don't want the story to drag because there was no plan. I have plenty of plot ideas and AUs that I can share with you, of course, but please don't leave it all up to me!
5. Please respond with at least two paragraphs! My responses are usually three to five paragraphs, depending on who my partner is. I'm not interested in script roleplaying or one to four sentence replies! My starters tend to be five to eight paragraphs, as well.
Also, I'd like to make it clear that while I am on break this week and will have a lot more time to reply, I have a lot of AP and honors classes and therefore a LOT of homework, as well as exams are coming up this next week, so I may not respond as much after the break ends, but I will respond once a week unless I absolutely cannot. If I am too busy to respond, I will tell you.
