Alright everyone, it's time for an epic RP for ATLA --> (Avatar The Last Airbender) LOK -->(Legend Of Korra)

I am new to this site but not new to RP.

I am entirely open to any and all suggestions and/or ideas for the RP structure, time frame, story, etc.

I do have some ideas that I would like to employ, but I want to hear yours too!

Please feel free to reply and lets make this happen!

Well I was thinking something involving the Red Lotus.

Maybe involving them making a comeback but with all new members?

This could offer people the choice to be on Team Avatar or Team Red Lotus :)

What are your writing requirements? I'm wondering cause I'm a autistic female who had a hard time in high school English and can only do short and sweet replies
 
I don't see any issue with short and sweet!

Everything in moderation yes? So mixing it up and having some small and some large replies is no big deal. I think people only really tend to get annoyed when there's that one person who only leaves small replies in the wake of paragraphs.. Just don't make them TOO small yea?

My posts range from also small to quite large sometimes. I don't think it would be difficult to muster at least one paragraph per post, even if it's a small paragraph.
 
Absolutely, I probably should have specified that. I was thinking only OC's actually. This will be a completely separate storyline but the same universe.

Are you at all familiar with LOK?
 
Not really but I'm more familiar with atla but they both are similar to each other? I can post my work schedule later so I can show when I'm available to reply
 
Monday to Friday 8am to 3:00-3:30pm
Unless there's a big holiday and I have the day off I have mostly all day on weekends to reply but I go to sleep at 11pm Monday night to Thursday night then Friday night I stay up later
 
A complete reboot of the Avatar world, set in a parallel universe world of our own in modern times in the year 2018/2019, you could say that Benders secretly protect society from those that would abuse their own Bending powers for their own benefits and it is said that once every life cycle, a person known, as the Avatar is reincarnated and has the ability to wield all four of the Bending Elements available: Air, Water, Earth and Fire, by the beginning of the story, the protagonist instead of Aang and Korra has already mastered all four Elements but the theme of the story could be about his growth, as a person, not, as a Bender, as he doesn't know how to mix with non Benders, he doesn't know how to laugh, how to fall in love, how to cry, etc, it would be about him learning not to be the Avatar that everyone expects him to be but the person he himself secretly wants to be, that could be something new and different, right?

Sounds more like personal character story then a over arcing plot.

Do you have like a plot idea? Or haven't thought of one yet?
 
Whatever we do I would like to ask we don't use any of the lore changing that they did in korra cause they messed up a lot of the lore from the original series.

I don't have a full plot worked out as of yet no, I can create one though. Or we can collaborate and create one together. We could start with a loose one and allow it to develop or create a more set one. Still open to hearing any and all ideas you may have! I know that I was thinking I'd RP the main antagonist of the RP tho, someone who reinstates the Red Lotus and recruits other OC's to the cause. Team Avatar could do the same with the Avatar being the main protagonist obviously.

I don't see anything wrong with the way this sounds, I like the idea!! The Avatar can be learning about life and developing whilst discovering/combatting the newly invigorated Red Lotus cause?
 
The rebout idea has promise but it does need an overacting plot to drive the character development and to bring characters together. A new red lotus idea is good.
